Let's go. I could care less about the buddy or comfort narrative. Just bring people in that can reduce our yearly injuries by 25%. Who knows what happens if either Kincaid, Rapp or Benford were 100% that last game?  2 1 Quote

hondo in seattle Posted February 13 Posted February 13 In the 2024 NFLPA poll, the players rated the training staff a 'B' and the strength coaches an 'A.'   They didn't seem to see a problem. But maybe something's happened since then??? 1 Quote

HappyDays Posted February 13 Posted February 13 In his year end presser Beane talked about being disappointed in Kincaid's functional strength and in Coleman not recovering from injury well. I would bet that's why they made this move. If for no reason than to send a message to the players - "if you don't put in the work, it costs people their jobs." 6 5 Quote

Did anyone learn why that happened? Just curious. Our injuries have been outrageous, mainly on defense but overall just unacceptable 2 minutes ago, HappyDays said: In his year end presser Beane talked about being disappointed in Kincaid's functional strength and in Coleman not recovering from injury well. That was kind of the message with Joe Brady last year. Â Quote

Ray Finkel Posted February 13 Posted February 13 It was his fault we lost to the Chiefs I hope we bring in a Carolina guy. Â That will solve our issues. 4 Quote

JGMcD2 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 If this is for development purposes, I would be looking heavily into the college ranks for our next strength coach.  If it’s primarily injury related, they should be looking into folks with PT and CSCS credentials.  I may do some digging later to get an idea of who could be a fit. 1 Quote

Is this you Sal!?!? 😉  TBH I’d surprised if this alone was the case.  I’m sure there’s a lot that went into this move.  We don’t even know if Coleman or Carter are any good and Kincaid’s impact still is up for question   Quote
