Meh…The proof is in the pudding… I don’t think it’s considered DEI when those blondes are contributing to the #1 news network in the country…Regardless of how you feel about them or the network, FOX News hires are proving successful…This would tell us that those blondes were qualified enough at helping to bring about that success…👍 Another example would be the Hooters restaurant…Sure you’re going to hire good looking females to work…But if it brings in business, it proves the hires were qualified, and justifiable… But it would be DEI if a news network hired someone (based on physical attributes) and then saw ratings tank, only for the network to decide to keep them, anyway, because of their looks…And yes, I’m looking at you, Joy Reid…😉 The problem people have with actual DEI hires (regardless of race, sexual orientation, or identity) is that people who are not qualified at their job, are hurting business, or functionality of the government, simply because a quota or representation is trying to be met… Now, if Joy Reid was successful, MSNBC would be justified in hiring her, as she would have proved she was qualified…But they are hiring these people for the wrong reasons, and then keeping them on when they fail, because they afraid to fire a female person of color…Now, that’s DEI…👍 Edited February 16 by JaCrispy 1
