So, this is what’s supposed to make America Great Again? Ironically, it’s going to hit Trump voters the hardest.

Well the dems wanted people driving smaller cars. The republicians stepped up to the plate and delivered. Pick up trucks are all ready too expensive. My buddy bought one that cost him $70,000 and it didn't even have leather seats. I told him he was nuts.

Retailers sent a clear message to investors and analysts this week: Don’t expect much growth this year.

Companies such as Target, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Best Buy recently painted a gloomy picture for the upcoming year as consumers contend with stubborn inflation and potential fallout from President Donald Trump’s tariffs on imported goods. Other retail chains signaled weak expectations for consumer spending even before trade impacts hit.

Wooooo! Full stop!

Biden with the lowest unemployment like ever? No stupid idiotic trade wars, no licking up to Putin.

Biden was way better than this stupid ass clown who has no clue what he is doing.

You think Trump is so good that only a nuclear war would make him worse than an actual successful President?

Wow 🤷‍♂️

Tariffs are to blame….

Then don't live in Illinois.  Or vote them out.  In the meantime, none of that excuses the idiocy of Trump tariffs and taxes on working people.

Remember - they’re going to blame tariffs when the bottom I told you would fall out when Trump took office bc they were just getting corporate America to hold off layoffs as long as possible so Ds didn’t lose the WH and 95 House seats if they didn’t wait:

Tragic news for the commies.

Egg prices are plummeting

These threads are going to be high comedy come January.

I don't know where that data comes from, but the U.S. Bureau of Labor statistics apparently has eggs even lower than your price.  But still about 17% higher now than at the end of Biden's term.  And about 60% higher than the rolling average price under Biden.  So we have a ways to go on this inflationary issue.

If the price of Eggs was some important component of the CPI index calculation it would get my attention. If the price of something critical, like gasoline was up 17% it would be impactful but the last time I filled up my tank it was $2.85.

MAGA logic!  Let them eat cake (made without eggs)!  Also, gas is up 2% nationally since Trump took over. So there’s that.

Trumponics is giving you a max version of Cuba, we don't need anyone.

I sure hope not.  While beautiful and friendly, consumer goods are in very short supply, mostly due to embargoes and isolationism.  After the revolution, they did look for help.  The US didn't offer any.  The Soviets did, in a very big way and had huge influence.  When Gorbachev dissolved the Soviet Union, they lost most of the support.  And have struggled mightily since.  Isolationism is crushing them but it's largely not self imposed.  In our case, it is.
