Then they went and got 14 mediocre players like O’Neill, Laureano, Carlson, and keeping O’Hearn.  I agree about Hyde.  To be fair, I don’t think Seattle wants to trade a young pitcher but agree Mountcastle is a fit there.

Mounty I believe is a FA after this season so has limited value anyway... sigh. The kid the O's traded to Miami Conner Norby  will be the one they really blew. I was pissed.

Ortiz and Hall are good too. Stowers ok.  Basallo is the one they had better not screw up.  They could probably trade Bradfield.

Enrique hasn't impressed me much in limited amount of watching.  Basallio is trapped behind  Rutchman at catcher.  Not sure what the heck they are going to do there.

Basallo will be 1B or DH it seems…unless traded.

The Baltimore Orioles will be without one of their top starters to begin the regular season. Right-hander Grayson Rodriguez is dealing with an issue near the back of his elbow and will begin the season on the injured list, the team announced Friday. He is still going through tests to determine the exact nature and extent of the injury.

"Having some discomfort in the back of his elbow, so we are still getting multiple opinions," manager Brandon Hyde said (via MLB.com). "It's not a ligament issue, so we're not concerned about that.

They're pretty banged up...Gunnar looks like he'll be out a while also.

They’re also going to run it back with Ryan O’Hearn, Tyler O’Neill and every journeyman they can find to stunt the growth of Kjerstad, Mayo and more.  That manager and GM have to go.
