Now that's funny! Back when I joined TBD in 1999 this was the only way I could get consistent Bills news without having to buy the Buffalo News or Rochester D&C at The Newsstand.

It's pretty good. There are some users who seem to harp on the same nonsense year after year and that gets lame. There are also some who believe if you don't have an elite future HoF All Pro at starter, a perennial Pro Bowler at the backup spot, and at least a PFF rated top ten at third string then you're a complete failure as a GM and everything should be burned down. That crap gets old.

Yeah, all is takes is a peek at many of the other NFL message boards around the league to know this is maybe the top board in the league... for a bunch of different reasons.

My only complaint is that @SDS keeps raising the rates. Charging my card $100/month just so I can post here is a getting a bit ridiculous.

 

Other than that, I love this board. From the clean design and asthetic, to the way it's moderated, to the community that "lives" here.

 

Having so many members who meet in real life helps a great deal, compared to other boards I've been a part of. Keeps discussions civil and in perspective. I try to treat every conversation/debate here as if we were all chatting at a tailgate. Keeps things light and free of grudges.

 

Gonna be a long offseason tho.

I dont think so but I do miss them. Along with the Bills one where I got into a lot of trouble, I used to frequent the cycling ones...and you would have the LEGENDS of USA cycling on there shooting the breeze and debating topics. It was fascinating.

I think Tyler Bass is a regular reader here …I understand he took a lot from the positive words of encouragement posted here when he was struggling with his kicking earlier in the season

I like the format and look of this board. I've been on a lot of other teams' message boards and they look like they're stuck in the 90s.
