Riverboat Ritchie Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Very insignificant but just seemed odd. Prior to the Chiefs in-season game against us last year, I really respected Mahomes but he came across as such a petulant bi!ch baby when shaking Josh hand that it became apparent that he just a self absorbed poor sport. However curious as to what led to him snubbing perine as perine even got up. He missed him? Saw Kelce and went there? Quote
BillsShredder83 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 It was weird. All i can think is that he knows Kelce is retiring, saw him (thats who he slapped up next), and decided to go right to him first... maybe he came back for Perrine off camera after. Id bet its either that^^ or they actually have some kind of beef Quote

quincy Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Patrick Mahomes Refused To Acknowledge Samaje Perine During Awkward Handshake Snub Apparently the video is going viral. Quote
MJS Posted February 10 Posted February 10 That looks like nothing to me. You can't even see his hands when he passed him. He could have given him a quick five and then went to Kelce. 3 Quote

90sBills Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Oh man. It’s going to be awkward in 3rd period algebra between those two. 1 Quote
CincyBillsFan Posted February 10 Posted February 10 They were really going after Mahomes on some of the morning football shows. It was strange. Did you know Mahomes is "only" 3 - 2 as a Super Bowl starter? My experiences have been that 80% of the national NFL "experts" are vain, pompous know nothings whose opinions change on a dime in reaction to the last game. Sure Mahomes sucked yesterday. So what it happens. For the first time I'm seeing some of the Allen hate redirected by these people against Mahomes and it's weird. Quote
Herc11 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 (edited) Definitely awkward. He literally went down the entire bench, even giving five to someone not in pads, and walked right by Perrine. Didn't look like it was just him missing him, cause Perrine clearly stood up then Mahomes hugs Kelce, appears to look straight at Perrine, and turns and walks away. Edited February 10 by Herc11 Quote

There are a lot more places to get thoughtful analysis than there used to be, but also a lot more commentators who contribute as much as the guy down at the end of the bar. If you don't win, you're trash, is a simple, easy message to argue and get people riled up. 1 Quote
