BillsPride12 Posted February 10 Posted February 10 Has anybody seen this yet? I am going to try to see it next weekend. The reviews I have seen so far are really good Quote
US Egg Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Amazing the amount of “long lost” videos of ‘60’s and ‘70’s bands available now. Lots of fun stuff on YouTube. 3 Quote
Rico Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Saw it in IMAX, A+, tremendous, but I was disappointed that they stopped after LZII. Interviews were great, live footage was amazing, and the sound was clear and LOUD. 2 3 Quote

It wasn’t the only reason the movie was not good. Quote
GETTOTHE50 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 They put out the greatest recordings ever made, like they will stand the test of time forever and will never be outdone. Jimmy is hands down the best producer in music history. You can make an argument for who is the greatest guitarist, songwriter, band, whatever. but Led Zeppelin recordings are otherworldly. nothing comes close to them. look forward to watching this. 11 hours ago, Rico said: Saw it in IMAX, A+, tremendous, but I was disappointed that they stopped after LZII. Maybe because Led Zeppelin lll was a disappointment given how great ll was and IV deserves a tribute of its own. When I heard IV, I kinda felt I would never look at life the same. Went and read Lord of the Rings. Then when ‘Houses of the Holy’ came out I thought “well, that was fun while it lasted”. The arrival of ‘Physical Graffiti’ transported me to a sacred place…..or maybe, just maybe, it was the drugs. I’m not sure. Quote
