Success Posted yesterday at 03:48 AM Posted yesterday at 03:48 AM Maybe. I wonder how Worthy would be on our offense. I doubt he'd have the same impact. Gotta see how it plays out. Coleman has an entirely different skillset - he could still emerge as a top tier target for Allen. Maybe we'll still think it was a bad trade, but today it looks more lopsided than it probably is. You and others keep saying “well worthy didn’t do this” or “it will be years before we know”. That has nothing to do with it!! The Chiefs could’ve drafted a back up water boy with that pick, and it still would’ve been a stupid trade. The player they picked is irrelevant to me. Yoi just do not trade with your nemesis!!! You don’t trade with your bully!!! You don’t give the team that always beat you, what they want!!! I am generally perplexed that some of you do not understand this concept. It’s NOT about Worthy!!! “It’s not about Worhy “… Exactly … go up thread where I said they should have picked an OL which would have been much more useful today … They f ed up as much as Beane did by taking Coleman Edited yesterday at 03:49 AM by Aussie Joe Quote

ShakAttack Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM Posted yesterday at 03:50 AM I'm not a Coleman fan, but if he had continued the trajectory he was on by mid-season, we wouldn't be complaining. That Poyer hit really threw him off course. We know one of the main differences between basketball players and football players is the former don't like to get hit. Maybe Coleman should've stuck with basketball. Quote

Yeah, that was not a really talented Bills secondary, let’s call a spade a spade…down Benford, down Rapp and Hamlin starting is a recipe for what it became. Not saying he won’t be serviceable, just saying Worthy is not worth me as a Bills fan getting myself all shook over how the pick was traded. Let’s see where things stand 3-4 seasons from now with Coleman. Quote

Beane needs to really reevaluate his willingness to give our biggest rival the player they wanted. I know this has been hashed and re-hashed but it’s such a huge black eye for this organization. What is the silver lining here? Beane's fault was not going up and getting Brian Thomas Jr. We were desperate for a blue chip WR. 2 1 Quote

Beane typically does not throw players under the bus like he did. That was about as direct as you’ll ever see him. Quote
Nelius Posted yesterday at 03:53 AM Posted yesterday at 03:53 AM Adonai Mitchell put up a whopping 300 yds and 0 TDs this year and people were still on this board clamoring for him over Coleman just this past week. It’s just so early for all of this. 1 Quote
Turbo44 Posted yesterday at 03:54 AM Posted yesterday at 03:54 AM No who’d I like instead of either Coleman or worthy? McConkey or DeJean 1 Quote

He is very young and green as grass … he probably over achievied … even with the injury Quote

People act like he injured his legs. Dude is slower than. Most Tight ends in the league, and has the worst hands on the team outside of Knox. Amateur move by Beane 1 1 Quote
cale Posted yesterday at 04:22 AM Posted yesterday at 04:22 AM They should have picked him. Guy plays bigger than his size. Shows up during big moments. Sure has looked durable all season. If this staff couldn’t coach Worthy, what made the front office think they could coach Coleman? Quote
billsfan714 Posted yesterday at 04:26 AM Posted yesterday at 04:26 AM Beane doesnt value measurables in receivers, it shows after this many years. Coleman is a no separation guy, just as described. Quote

pennstate10 Posted yesterday at 04:32 AM Posted yesterday at 04:32 AM Worthy had 638 yds on 98 targets. Coleman had 556 yds on 57 targets. Quote
