90sBills Posted yesterday at 05:45 AM Posted yesterday at 05:45 AM It’s fun to laugh at KC after this game. But reality is they’ve been to 5 of the last 6 Super Bowls. That’s really insane. Bills need to get over the hump next season and beat them when it counts. 1 Quote

We know they are better … Tney beat us two weeks ago … just watching their inept performance today is all… Quote

thronethinker Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago The Chiefs did seem to be victims of their own success. Their fight drained quickly in the 3rd when it became obvious it was out of hand. They checked out and Kelce looked retired at halftime. 1 Quote
GunnerBill Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago It is interesting because I saw Nick Wright last week saying "look the Bills will beat KC in the playoffs at some point, it will happen, I am just not sure they will be able to get up again after it because that will be lile their Superbowl." Well turns out it is the same for them beating us. The reality is we always seem to get KCs best shot in the playoffs. They used plays in the AFCCG in two critical spots that they have not run all year. They put a hell of a lot into beating the Bills. Maybe Nick Wright's argument works the other way too. 1 Quote
thronethinker Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago (edited) These numbers are not right. No one was beating Philly last night and it would have been an even harder off season losing like that in the Super Bowl, trust me I know. Edited 18 hours ago by thronethinker 2 Quote

Maybe ( I’m not fully disagreeing) But, is Josh throwing those egregious picks in the second? Of the two of them, I take Josh ALL day against that pass rush, vs Mahomes Quote

In the first two, sure. Going into OT in the 13 seconds I was thinking the winner was going to have a tough time the following week. But not now. KC knows they’re in for a tough game against us, that it’ll be close and that they win and move on. It is no longer an emotional drain for them. It certainly didn’t look like it was last year. We have to actually beat them in the playoffs to change that. Quote

But the Chiefs are now 1-3 in playoff games immediately after beating the Bills. 2020 season: SB loss to Bucs 2021 season: AFCCG loss to Bengals 2024 season: SB loss to Eagles Who's cursed now!?!?! Pretty sure this is their ONLY 3 losses in the playoffs since 2020 also, right...? That will teach them! Quote
Gregg Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Last night proved it all starts at LOS. Philly is elite on both sides of the ball. The Bills are elite on one side of the ball. Beane knows what he has to do this offseason. 3 Quote

And it is ALWAYS where Howie starts his team builds from. In fairness nobody could accuse Brandon Beane of ignoring the Dline. He has poured resources into it. He just hasn't gotten it right in the way Howie has. 1 Quote

The worst case scenario for me was losing a Superbowl to Philly. Losing a Superbowl would suck whatever. But losing to that franchise... man that would have properly depressed me. 1 Quote
