The Chiefs are now 1-3 in the playoffs after beating the Bills

AWESOME stat that I just realized.  Apologies if anyone else already figured this one out.

 

But the Chiefs are now 1-3 in playoff games immediately after beating the Bills.

 

2020 season: SB loss to Bucs
2021 season: AFCCG loss to Bengals
2024 season: SB loss to Eagles

Who's cursed now!?!?!

Pretty sure this is their ONLY 3 losses in the playoffs since 2020 also, right...?

Under McDermott, last season’s Chiefs team was the only team that the Bills lost to in the playoffs that did not lose their very next game. Collectively those teams are 1-6 in their next game. I’ve repeatedly used that fact to argue against people that say that if it weren’t for the “unbeatable Mahomes and Reid Chiefs” we’d be winning SBs.
