The Bills are making lots of coaching changes that indicate a more aggressive man to man defensive philosophy shakeup and pair that up with the high profile nature of how the Chiefs are getting dismantled on offense and the fact that our defense has been horrendous against them, I am fairly certain the Bills will be looking to to expend lots of resources on defense.

It's less about offense, at least right now.  

 

We need a defense that is Top 10.  Eagles are 1 of 1.  Super talented, well coached, healthy.  Lions would be the same if not snake bitten by injury.

 

We need to get some actual talent on defense.  Less on coaching, more on talent.  We've drafted players that are good, just not great.  And mismanaged cap, all this on Beane.

 

We are slow in the secondary, not physical enough on DL.  We need to blow up both units.  Keep Ed, Groot, Benford, and Taron (Bishop by default).  I don't trust a Bernard/Milano unit to be healthy.  I think Milano will be expendable soon.

 

Get the offense literally 1 weapon outside that is a legit separator/1-1 matchup winner.

Except there’s no timeline in the multiverse where Coleman was stepping in and replacing Diggs’ production this year. 
 

If that’s what they wanted to do, they had to move up for BTJ not down for Coleman.
