Yet every KC SB loss is essentially because the defense played well.

What has this regime shown you that makes you think this is a realistic possibility though? We've had 4 chances against them and their offense continues to dominate us at a level they dominate nobody else. When people tell you who they are, believe them. This regime has shown they can build a championship caliber offense but not a championship caliber defense. Keep building on that strength and see what happens.

A talented defense forces errors.  Especially when KC skill players, minus Rice, are not impressive.

Bills defense is just that bad.  I don't think Chiefs played anything special/best game against us...it's just that our defense was that bad and made them look good.

Reality is our DL and secondary was abysmal most of the year.  Then you lose Benford, and our secondary turns into a below average unit.

KC is just getting manhandled in the trenches, and their 1st half offense was too many long developing plays.

I get it … I get it …

Mahomes and the skill players have still made uncharacteristic errors in that first half … if you want to put it all on the Eagles play … fair enough 👍

Well no suck is relative

Greg R, Tremaine , Ed Oliver , Kincaid not bad football players.. literally every other team in the league would employ them

Like they're not busts.. Tremaine and Greg and Ed are actual starting caliber players.. Edmunds has 106 games played in his career and 106 starts .. 32 for 32 with the bears...

Greg is starting on a lot of NFL teams

The difference is they didn't develop into more than what they are.. you take a guy top 32 you want great not good

But we have enough talent to win.. that's not a question

But that also doesn't mean beane can't draft a little bit better in the top two rounds..  both can be true statements

FYI the bills would be putting up a much better fight right now than the Chiefs

That’s the point. Hitting a lot of singles and doubles means you either lose the player to get overpaid or you overpay them yourself and that damages your cap.

we would have been better off with Tremaine being a first team All-Pro and Greg a bust or vice versa than both being good but not good enough guys.

Stars win football games. Fringe starters don’t matter as much. We could have been IN THIS GAME with another dominant DL guy AND Hamlin starting, even though Hamlin is a future career backup.

At some point it’s scheme and not just talent

I have to give the Chiefs credit in that I thought Jalen Carter would be killing them but that said Sweat is owning their right tackle.  Chiefs making it easy in some respects by not running at all.  Not sure why they are getting so much pressure off the right side when our best (?) player was absolutely invisible off that side.

Just draft BPA.  We focused on WR and ended up with Coleman, but we’d be a better team if we took that dejean guy, who was very highly rated

Diggs forced our hand. I 100% think DeJean was a McD pick if we weren’t desperate for a receiver

Their luck ran out. I guardamntee Josh Allen wouldn't be down 27-0 right now.

The Bills have offensive tackles. The Chiefs, not so much.

I think this game is demonstrating just how much the talent matters.  Eagles are doing absolutely nothing special schematically, but are destroying the Chiefs anyway.

Eagles secondary is absolutely blanketing kc receivers. Not sure the bills receivers would've had better luck

No likely not but we would have been much more dedicated to running the ball. Three attempts in a half wouldn’t have happened
