This recipe to beat KC isn’t new, everyone knows getting pressure with 4 is the way to beat them. But Beane sucks…it’s that simple. Beane has spent a ton of draft capital and free agent money on the D line and they still suck. I can’t wait until Beane is fired.

 

Problem is, that won’t happen. So we are never going to win it all.

Also better coverage.  You need tight initial coverage to allow your pressure to get home.

Sure, that’s what I’d prefer. The post I replied to said we should trade Groot instead.

It also demonstrates how close we are on offense though. Forget building a defense that can shut out KC in the playoffs. That's not happening. An offense that scores 4 more points is however within our grasp.

Well we’re already changing defensive assistants around. As we saw with Kromer on the offensive line, that can make a huge difference

Well no suck is relative 

 

Greg R, Tremaine , Ed Oliver , Kincaid not bad football players.. literally every other team in the league would employ them 

 

Like they're not busts.. Tremaine and Greg and Ed are actual starting caliber players.. Edmunds has 106 games played in his career and 106 starts .. 32 for 32 with the bears... 

 

Greg is starting on a lot of NFL teams 

 

The difference is they didn't develop into more than what they are.. you take a guy top 32 you want great not good

 

But we have enough talent to win.. that's not a question 

 

But that also doesn't mean beane can't draft a little bit better in the top two rounds..  both can be true statements 

 

FYI the bills would be putting up a much better fight right now than the Chiefs
