When our Oline got destroyed by the Bengals we went out the next year and fixed it. At the expense of everything else unfortunately. Chiefs know what they need now.

Worthy is faster than Shakir but that's his only advantage.  They're both small WRs, but Shakir totally fits the Bills offense.  He's a better route runner, better blocker, and more sure-handed than Worthy.  Shakir's also tough as nails.

 

 

 

 

Calling Mahomes "mediocre" might be too kind, but he didn't come close to being as bad as Peterman.

At one point he was like 5/13 for 40 yards and 2 INTS. (Should have been 3 as one was dropped)

Let's hope this is the beginning of the end of the Chiefs era. I'm not going to bother tying the Bills into it. The meltdown was so satisfying to watch. 

 

I mean, in 2020 vs Tampa they only scored 9 points and Mahomes completed 26 of 49 (53%) for 0 TD and 2 INT, but that hasn't seemed to matter

That performance and this one should now silence the "GOAT" conversations for the time being. I might have been hyperbolizing a bit in my original comment, but he was atrocious last night.

I do get what you are saying. I just don’t agree with it. They get the player either way. We got a pick from it. As far as I’m concerned we got a pick for free so we won. You just don’t like the optics of it because the media will bring it up for clicks. The Bills should do what’s best for their team always. If they going to get the player anyways then who cares we traded with them. 
 

getting all freaked out every time the dude had a catch is dumb. They made MVS look good. We couldn’t even get him a catch.

He was.  But the 3 TDs at the end of the3 game will mask that.

He was uncomfortable in the pocket all night. Credit the Eagles front 4 as they destroyed the Chiefs OL. Giants did the same thing to Brady twice which was the key to beating the evil empire on the biggest stage.

He is not what he used to be but he is still the one Mahomes looks to in key situations. Gut feeling I think he retires and joins his brother as an announcer.

I thought about this too.  I agree with you but for the fact that his “safety valve” effect would hurt them not to have.  He looks fat and slow to me otherwise, though.

It's the last game until meaningless preseason games start up again in August. The offseason is so long. It's depressing.

Interestingly, kc had 2 games this season that the refs didn't heavily favor them (first bills game and last night) and they lose both of them

The fact that they accepted the Bills deal means that the Bills had the best offer. Obviously. Since they wouldn’t have accepted the Bills offer if they had a better offer.

 

You assume that a team below us trades to KC and you assume a team below us doesn’t take him before KC can trade up.

 

It’s just a bunch of assumptions. There is zero proof KC gets the player they want if we don’t trade that pick.

Wasn’t it like 34-0 before worthy or mahomes did anything? 
 

Not sure why worthy keeps coming up. Looking at it the game was over because KC and that explosive weapon worthy didnt do anything.
