So you clearly think that the FAA as currently constituted is racist since it definitely has valued diversity over ability because they did not take the best scoring candidates if they were white men?

Not that they're 'not fit' (necessarily), but that standards have to be LOWERED in order to shoehorn these DEI hires into the jobs. That may or may not have a bad result. Sometimes, unfortunately, it does. Depends on the profession. Do you want a DEI pilot? A DEI doctor? A DEI lawyer? Or accountant? It depends on how "invested" you are in the results.
