It's what @Shaw66 and I were eluding to in another thread. 1 5 Quote
Don Otreply Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago Answer is, he is really smart, had a good arm, could read a defense like it was a child’s book, oh, and that cheating thing…, 1 1 1 3 Quote

JohnnyBuffalo Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago The guy got caught cheating twice. He is not the goat he is a donkey. Can you imagine if Josh Allen had the defensive scheme of the chefs video taped to review….think maybe that would have helped? Yeah that’s what Brady had for years. Screw that guy. 1 3 1 Quote

For all of that,he was still brilliant. And he is discussing how he tore apart the Chiefs Defense. You know, like we need Allen to do. 3 Quote
Low Positive Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago People saying that Josh Allen should get elite at pre-snap reads is like someone arguing that anyone could be a nuclear physicist if they just studied hard enough. Quote

Low Positive Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Funny how Tom Brady gives himself all the credit for that SB when the Bucs defense held Mahomes to 9 points. 1 1 4 Quote

I'd only go a little further on Belichick - I really like his analysis & seeing him on the shows now. He has a sense of humor that we almost never saw when he was coach, and his knowledge is 2nd to none. 1 Quote

Talent is a thing. For example, some people are fast. There is no amount of work that other people can do to get as fast as them. That's like saying that "you're not born tall." Hard work matters, but without talent the ceiling is pretty low. It's harder to see with intelligence, but anybody who has worked in education knows that, while there is a floor that anyone can get to (unless they have developmental disabilities), some kids have much higher ceilings than others. 2 Quote
