First off, best wishes to him and his family. Can never be easy to invest so much time and effort only to be dismissed. For all reports I've seen he seems to be truly a fantastic human being. I wish him all the best.

Don't know who the "assistant ST coach" was last year but with the promote from within philosophy McDermott employs...that person is likely the odds on favorite to get the job, right?
