He kept the Bills from being a total laughingstock during an era when the ownership situation was precarious (at best) and our front office was an absolute clown show. RIP, Coach.

Was a smart, well respected man but not the best coach Bills ever had.  How many NFL teams can claim both a Yale (Jauron) and Harvard (Marv levy Mastered in English) grad as head coaches?

He was my least favorite coach when here, but seemed like a nice person who genuinely cared for his players, He also had some success as a coordinator and player.

RIP Dick Jauron, and my condolences to his family.

I believe & got his first coaching assistant job under Hank Bullough here in BFLo...

Awful coach , however I remember Kyle Williams talking about him and how great of a person he was. Thought of him as almost a grandfather. Prayers to his family. Everything I've ever heard about him is how great of a person he was

He took the brunt of the blame for the worst-run organizational years of the franchise but I don’t think many coaches could have gotten more than 7 wins a year out of those rosters.

In retrospect he probably got those teams to over achieve. Rip coach .
