Take note: Musk isn't making any cuts that would affect him or his bottom line. But pay attention, MAGA - he's targeting you, your friends, your siblings, your parents, and your grandparents. As long as the top 1% get their tax breaks, the rest of us can go to hell.

What would you like Elon to cut of that 38B?

Surely you’ve educated yourself on this and aren’t just blindly reposting Randi Weingarten…

So, to make sure I understand you correctly, you’d like Elon to cut all funding to SpaceX?

You think that’s a smart idea?

Just want to make it blatantly clear how ridiculous you are to everyone here.

….

SpaceX works with NASA on a number of projects, including:

Artemis lunar landing

SpaceX will send a Starship Human Landing System (HLS) to the Moon for NASA's Artemis III and Artemis IV missions.

Psyche mission

SpaceX launched the Psyche mission to a metallic asteroid in 2022. This was the first time NASA launched a Falcon Heavy.

Starship

SpaceX is developing a fully reusable launch vehicle called Starship that could carry humans to Mars and other destinations in the solar system.

Crew transportation

SpaceX has transported astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) and back, including the first time a private company did so in 2020.

Satellite delivery

SpaceX has delivered satellites to orbit, including the Jason-3 satellite that observes the climate and the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite that seeks planets.

SpaceX is the only private company that can return a spacecraft from low-Earth orbit. Their Dragon spacecraft became the first commercial spacecraft to deliver cargo to and from the ISS in 2012.

We'll see who has the last laugh, but there are laws in place for government contractors and conflicts of interest. I'm all for free markets, but Musk isn't the only game in town, and he's benefited from Lady Liberty long enough. Musk shouldn't be anywhere near our digital infrastructure. Given that Trump relied heavily on Musk, and that Musk was endorsed by Medvedev and Putin, it's reasonable to assert that Musk is a Russian proxy based on this logic alone.
