The Bills do not have an X's and O's problem. They have a Jimmy and Joe's problem. This offseason will hopefully take care of that for the most part. I agree with you. Better talent would make a huge difference 3 Quote

I think they will be making moves in FA and through the draft to fit this more press man schemes Ok someone to come in and help with Man coverage...good! I hope this means we are going to more man with more pressure this year. 53 minutes ago, MikePJ76 said: perfect opportunity to keep track of how he is doing with a blog called, The Nielsen Ratings next year. Tip your waiter, I will be here all week. How is the Veal? Quote

colin Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago if babbich is scapegoated and fired, this guy just slides in as DC. it is known. 1 3 Quote

Brand J Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago A nickel zone defense would be perfectly fine if we had the front 4 to disrupt top shelf opposing QBs. As it is, we don’t, and we don’t have a fleet footed secondary, so they play soft and give up easy completions. If the new guy specializes in pressure packages, that will assuredly help Babich. His blitzes lack creativity and almost never get home. Hearing the Bills OL comment about how they were outsmarted at such a critical part of the game has to weigh heavily with the defensive staff to start producing a similar ability. 2 Quote
Brianmoorman4jesus Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I hope the plan is see how the first 5 or 6 games go and if we aren’t making people punt, make this guy the DC Quote

You think that is grounds for firing a Defensive coordinator in his second year? Quote
Billsatlastin2018 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Maybe, I dunno, hire a few Defensive PLAYERS, the ones who can either rush the QB or be within either the TV picture or 5 yards of the WR! Little updates, like that. 1 1 Quote

Blank Stare Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Isn’t this the dude who looked completely clueless on the sideline against Josh earlier this year in the Jacksonville game? Big mustache who came into the game thinking man was a good idea and then refused to come out of man as his team was being eaten alive? Color me unimpressed. Quote

RyanC883 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago switching to a more man scheme, great, just when Elam's rookie deal is done. Quote
RyanC883 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago MCD: get backup DC in place. Scapegoat Babich. Blame "new scheme" for defensive failures next year. 1 1 2 Quote

Oh, I agree that’s not all on him, and he’s just another piece here. Jacksonville was a disaster all around. But…does make me question his judgement. Quote

Are you kidding me? Some guys don’t even get a full year. Head coaches get fired in 1 year. Absolutely yes. Our defense was terrible last year. If they fired him yesterday I’d be fine. You for real with that question? Quote
