SoonerBillsFan Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Yeah the future blah, blah, blah. Beanes drafting hasn't been stellar. Just trade the picks for vets and let's win this thing. ( Queue fantasy football or Dan Snider comments) 3 1 1 Quote
BillsPride12 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago If it's for Myles Garrett I wouldn't care if we traded our next three 1st Round Picks 1 Quote
TheWeatherMan Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Trade 1st and 2nd round picks for 3rd 4th and 5th rounders where Beane is better at drafting. Nearly zero playoff production from the last 2 years of 1st and 2nd round picks was a killer vs the Chiefs. Quote
Patrick Duffy Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Yeah, at this point why not. Might as well do something similar the way Rams did and go all out at this point 1 2 Quote

This team is on the doorstep with its most important pieces all returning and it has continuity within the staff. Go get Garrett, use 2 firsts if you have to. Then if you see another player available where we can add a high quality player at Outside WR, CB, or S that could be had in a trade using one of our 2nds and maybe another pick if need be, pull the trigger. We got a lot of draft capital this year, and the least amount of holes to fill in a long time. Use some to go get the talent for a team that is absolutely ready to win NOW and do it before the other teams in our division get better as well. 2 2 Quote
billsfan89 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Beane's drafting from 2021-2023 was really good and the early returns on 2024 are solid. That being said I am for adding a big piece via trade and or free agency. 1 Quote
BananaB Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I’d rather some proven players instead of gambling with the way Beane drafts. Especially if they plan on going DL 1 Quote

Mister Defense Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Um, yes, I think the answer is yes for almost all fans, media, and also folks in charge, a no brainer. See all of the other threads on all of the big name defensive players people want, please... How do you think we would go about getting a Garrett or a Crosby? Not all of the draft picks, of course, but the draft alone will not do it for the Bills, though the draft picks themselves will need to do some of the heavy lifting. 1 Quote

Dare i agree with you? 😉 I’m down with trading 2 of our top 3 picks- for a top player then trade down a couple times or more with the one we keep. Elam followed by Kincaid and Keon hasn’t moved the needle. Not giving up on the playmakers just yet- but if we would’ve gotten anything meaningful from them in the KC game- we may have won. 1 2 Quote

SirAndrew Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I think Myles Garrett has made this board lose its collective mind. 1 Quote

If it’s giving up a pick of quality for another, and not to be disrespectful, Cooper. Then no. Keep any and every pick you were exploring to trade and hope the selections in the early round/s look like Cook and Cyrus in regards to his early picks as of late. I’m with you on the bold, it could certainly be better in rounds 1-3 since 2018. Edited 4 hours ago by Sojourner 1 Quote
