as he should.. he can do something about it... we just watch.. and hope

Glad Josh has a positive attitude and a determination, I wouldn't want him sulking, I sulk enough for everyone regarding the Bills. All I can say to friends who approach me about the KC loss is "We are Buffalo we are used to it"

Hopefully Josh doesn't get like Garrett after a couple more years ... I love the city and the fan base but I came here to win a Super Bowl etc ...

Come on man. Josh is not like this, and Garett knows Cleveland screwed up at the QB position and it has to be torn down to move forward. Which he does not want to have to endure for good reason

I don't believe he's like this yet, but continuing to give up 30+ every playoff loss can take its toll on the guy that has to wear a cape. Earlier this season Garrett said he wouldn't leave the Browns, now wants out because he knows they won't win it all.

If winning it all is tops on Josh's list, he could come to the same conclusion Garrett came to.

I’m sure he feels like crap. Two seasons in a row, the offense has the ball in their hands at the end to tie or lead, and gets nothing.

Two end of game drives vs KC for all the marbles, Zero points.  You aren’t going to the SB with that.

Yeah and the ball bouncing off Diggs neck on a perfectly thrown bomb last year and then Kincaids arms this year.   Two normally sure handed dudes had chances to come up big for this team on game changing grabs and couldn't pull it off.

Listening to a podcast interview w Kurt Warner he was putting some heavy blame on Brady for play calling on that last drive, especially the 4th down play.   He says when you don't know where the blitz is coming from but you expect it, then you always split receivers to each side (not 3 and 1) and leave your RB in to protect and/or squirt out for a quick toss.  He said stuff like that makes him want to be an OC.

Lets face it, Brady learned a lot this year, he's still pretty green.  We saw it in the Houston game when he called pass plays from the end zone vs a 5 man box,  and the Rams game was poorly managed as well.   Glad we have the guy, but all the talk about him somehow being an offensive genius is way overblown.

Josh is not built that way. He bleeds Buffalo blue like the rest of us. He loves the staff the team the city, and has said so many many times, to the point where the only satisfaction he will have is ending our pain with a SB victory. Judging his character I don't even consider him going to greener pastures as a possibility.

Can somebody explain the Curtis Samuel acquisition!! I thought he was to be the deep threat guy with the 4.3 speed?

It almost seems to be the same with any smaller speed guy the Bills get on the team, at least little dirty had a couple of games that he was money for the team but he has been about the only one but he wasn't consistent from game to game .

There was a show yesterday that spent about 5 minutes breaking down the Chiefs final play to Perrine, to ice the game.  It was such a masterclass play by Reid, and they showed how all the KC receivers were bunched up and each took a specific route to take out the edge player and all the Bills LB's without touching anybody on a pick or anything.   So when Perrine cut across in front of all the traffic, Terrel Bernard was completely stuck in a traffic jam and by the time he got around it,  the RB was already on his way for a nice catch and run.   It's stuff like that, I feel our coaching is not up to par.  We should have had a play like that on 3rd or 4th down.  But nope, outcoached on that side of the ball too.

A quarter billion in the bank takes the edge off.  Or so I've heard.

It will be much more than that when he gets his next contract.

Josh has not been the issue, the defense allowed 33.2 PPG in their last five playoff losses!!! Worst PPG defense all time in Super Bowl era

The Chiefs have won playoff games allowing: 29, 35, 36, 31.

yes  and two of them are against us

you have proven his point

The Bills defense performs just fine against non Chiefs offenses. They had a poor game in the snow vs the Bengals (but the Bills offense performed even worse, scoring just 10 points.)

Bills points allowed in playoffs vs non chiefs teams:

jaguars 10

texans 19

colts 24

ravens 3

patriots 17 (7 in garbage time, really 10)

dolphins 31 (mia def TD, really 24)

bengals 27

steelers 17

broncos 7

ravens 25

18 pts per game allowed vs non chiefs teams

Bills points allowed in playoffs vs chiefs:

chiefs 27

chiefs 36 (excludes OT)

chiefs 38

chiefs 32

33.3 pts per game allowed vs chiefs

Like I've said for years. Their coaches are grown men. Ours are children still learning.
