A friend of mine had been keeping an eye on tickets before our game, just in case. He said the ones he looked at that were $10K each are now $6,500, and lower bowl 20 yard line seats that were $14K are now $9K. Sellers were hoping for a Bills Mafia tax. Quote

No celeb wants to stay in Baton Rouge 1 Quote

Typically I like the week leading up to bowl for story lines and such but won’t even watch what talking heads say as it’s just boring. I’ll probably follow score but also wint turn on unless chiefs getting killed….which I kinda hope for but eagles fan base a bit obnoxious. 1 Quote
Búfalo Blanco Posted Wednesday at 08:06 PM Posted Wednesday at 08:06 PM Well, perhaps the suits will consider fair officiating and actually using the tech they have access to, in order to call games efficiently. Oh, who am I kidding... they'll just make it worse. Quote

Especially if you use a streaming service like YouTube TV. You're viewing is instantly reported to the Nielsen Ratings. At least watch on over-the-air TV or at a bar. And if you happen to be a Nielsen household this week, don't turn the TV on Sunday night. My house is in.. I’m not watching this year. 1 Quote

It's really not that hard for me, even in my best case scenario I'd still be having to watch the Eagles win the SB, they're better ways to make my eyes bleed Quote
SoCal Deek Posted 18 hours ago Posted 18 hours ago My lack of excitement has nothing to do with the Bills not being there this year. It’s odd because this year’s Super Bowl features the top seeds in both conferences with star players galore and yet somehow it just feels really really dull. Reminds me of the year the Ravens played the Giants….another snore fest. Quote

Albany,n.y. Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago Prices continue to drop. They're now (Thursday afternoon) about half what they were when the conference championship games were played. Get in (600 level) at Ticketmaster & Stubhub! is now around $3,500 after fees. Lower endzone down to around $5,600. NFL On Location, which was lower is now higher than Ticketmaster & StubHub!. Quote

But like I said, if you don't want to contribute to the ratings measurement, watch over the air TV, assuming you don't have a Nielsen measuring device on your set that week. I find boycotts to be pretty useless, especially of free items. Most people are not participants of a rating service & whether they watch or not will have zero effect on the TV ratings. If someone doesn't want to watch the game, that's fine, but if they're not watching, thinking they are a social warrior, they're mistaken. Just about anything can go too far. I recently spoke to a Californian who said they weren't bathing in order to save water. 2 Quote
