If you can bear to not watch the Super Bowl, you can help drive down the ratings. Especially if you use a streaming service like YouTube TV. You're viewing is instantly reported to the Nielsen Ratings. At least watch on over-the-air TV or at a bar. And if you happen to be a Nielsen household this week, don't turn the TV on Sunday night.

I decided not to go this year.

Prices aren't that much different than last year in Vegas. Lack of flights, hotel costs/lack of availability and stadium seating capacity thats about 10k higher than Vegas/Miami Super Bowls are more contributing to 'get in' price being lower.

My wife and I are joining the list of non watchers this year. There are way better things to be doing than watching that matchup.
