BigAl2526 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I want a physical freak who is about 6'4" and 230 lbs and runs the 40 at 4.3 or better with a 40+ inch vertical. He also never drops the ball and is an elite route runner. It would be good if he could fly, but that might be asking a bit much. Quote

Would've given Josh a locked-in high end #1 with size, speed, and explosiveness for the next decade. I get that Beane felt the roster needed to be rebuilt with depth last offseason and was thus hesitant to give up draft capital, but no one can convince me that Coleman plus, say, Dewayne Carter and another mid round pick would be worth more to this team's championship pursuits than a bona fide alpha WR1. Yeah. Between BTJ and JJ, I’m wondering if there’s any WR superteams in college or this year’s draft - because that #2 on the superteam seems to wind up just as good in the pros. 34 minutes ago, Solomon Grundy said: There will never be another Megatron Give me Megatron and Vikings Randy Moss on the outside, and any version of Jerry Rice in the slot. LABILLBACKER Posted 55 minutes ago Posted 55 minutes ago He's needed a deep threat wr since day 1. And besides a brief time with John, he's had every other type except the X. BTJ would've been the perfect long term X for Josh but Brandon was too timid to make the move. Coleman will never have the speed to play this position and Higgins $ needs to go toward a DE. So we gotta hope we can find an exceptional wr in the 4th or 5th round. 1 Quote
Richard Noggin Posted 8 minutes ago Posted 8 minutes ago Almost sounds like rather than a DK Metcalf (as many are hoping for), a Tyler Lockett type is more specifically valuable to Josh Allen (given the OP's logic). Excellent deep speed/extra gear and enough sneaky nuance to repeatedly get behind (and then stack or simply outrun) DBs, with near-elite ball tracking. Very similar RAS to Desean Jackson's, believe it or not. That's the John Brown mold, just a little bigger and healthier and more athletic overall, innit? Quote

Yes that's another receiver name you could use A Tyler lockett mold .. super underrated, tremendous ball skills Someone who can take a bubble screen for yac, or use nuance and leverage to stack you deep.. which leaves the intermediate game open for other routes That's why I like Luther burden.. even though it was a down year He has shown great tracking skills, yac from bubble screens.. a high pointing ability and a savviness in his deep game Maybe not 4.38 speed.. but prolly 4.42 if I had to guess.. but he can go inside or outside with his leaping ability, hands catcher.. and I think the best of his game is still ahead of him Quote
