Off a 6-10 year for the Raiders. Honestly, it would probably take two firsts, and two seconds for what our 1's and 2's are worth.

I thought the same but the stats say a different story. There’s a reason he led the league in total pressures, pass-rush win rate and pass-rush grade. Hence the DPOY talk.

To be fair, I realize that Garrett was just recently DPOY and would be amazing on the other side of Groot, as well as the money from Miller coming off the books, but I don't want to see ourselves trap ourselves in another aging bad contract. 

Your points are valid, it's just that right now I don't give a damn!

 

The Bills need to do something drastic, and a player like Garrett is worth the risk.

 

The Bills should be on the phone asking about Garrett, Maxx Crosby, Dexter Lawrence & Jeffery Simmons. Players who are stuck on teams that are not winning and will not be winning anytime soon.

 

See if they can get just one of those players. Any one of them would help our defense a lot.

 

Draft picks be damned! We have the chance to win a championship now! We can worry about rookie players later.

The bend and agility he shows his out world for a man his size. He's going to be a first ballot HOF player if he even comes close to maintaining this pace for a few more years. I just think what would KC really not want us doing? WR? Meh...I don't think they care about an arms race. DB? Meh....I think they feel good about scheming guys open. Myles Garrett? Yup. No game plan for that.

Splitting hairs if I’m honest in terms of who I’d personally have. But that’s not me making the decision. 
 

If the price is the same you probably do Garrett given the history. 
 

If the price is less than Crosby it’s a no brainer. 
 

Maxx is the feel good story who’s relentlessly making the most of his chances which have put him on par with Garrett without the history of continued high end production. 
 

Either is a win for Buffalo and us fans.

If he was to come aboard we would have the first two picks from the 2017 draft on our 2025 roster assuming Trubisky isn't cut.

 

At a minimum there will be at least 5 Hall of Famers from that draft.

 

Every podcaster seems to want him on their team, realistic or not.

 

4 Time First Team All-Pro and a true difference maker.

 

Now or never to decide whether you want a player of his caliber and what you are willing to pay in draft capital and contract reworking/extension.

Garrett is considerably older than Mack was when he was traded to Chicago...and he's probably going to sign a four-year contract with $100 million in guarantees.  The Mack trade would seem to represent the absolute most Cleveland could get.

If he’s healthy, this is best player we could possibly acquire 

 

we don’t have a true game changing talent on Defense.  Myles along with a massive hungry rookie NT and our DL goes from average to top tier
