The 1st vid was a fail.  Who knew a jew could lack any theatrical inspiration?

The second, a big win.  AOC is smart and pretty.  Ya'll got that dog killing, drinklng, dog- faced, gun for hire from SD as your combatant.  AOC knocks her out on looks alone. Plus,  she's way smarter than the average MAGA...I guess, 4th, 5th or 6th best would do if the quantities were severely limited .

He says why am I short of attention
Got a short little span of attention
And wo my nights are so long
Where's my wife and family
What if I die here
Who'll be my role-model
Now that my role-model is
Gone Gone
He ducked back down the alley
With some roly-poly little bat-faced girl
All along along
There were incidents and accidents

Yes, our art is better.  you have none.

Interestingly, this deficit also included a huge increase of around $30B in gold bullion imported from Swiss refiners. I think this particular increase is more monetary in nature than an action attributed to tariffs. It could mean many things but exactly what we'll need to wait and see.

I know this already spun off into its own thing for a bit... but I don't think that's a fair question, @Westside.

Part of being an expert is sharing that expertise with non-experts in a way that they can understand and digest.  I'd define non-experts generally as adults with a high school education level, so I do acknowledge there has to be some baseline on the listener's part.

But other than that, it's not on the listener to prove they are worthy of listening to the messenger; I think the burden of expertise primarily falls on the messenger.

Still, at least I'm now aware that @TH3 is a fellow engineer by background!  BSCE JD here.

A hilarious take on Warren buffets comments on tariffs by Fox News.  Warren Buffet likes higher prices!  Why not make a real argument as to why tariffs would work. No wonder the maga brain is jumbled. The ***** they watch is amazing. It’s like the idiots on here who mock anything they don’t agree with. “meltdown bro”. “Transgenders”. “Fentanyl”.

This whole tariffs thing doesn't make sense if the Democrats are here to destroy the economy and Republicans are here to save it.

There is near unanimous consensus among economists that tariffs are self-defeating and have a negative effect on economic growth and economic welfare, while free trade and the reduction of trade barriers has a positive effect on economic growth.  Tariffs can end up backfiring and harming the industries they were intended to protect through rising input costs and retaliatory tariffs.

The CEOs and big business people understand these things well.  They also donated a lot of money to get Trump elected.  It wouldn't surprise me if there were a few phone calls made where these experts shared their expertise with Trump, hence the sudden changes of heart.

Funny thing is if he does implement them maga will claim it’s a brilliant move.  If he decides to not do it they will claim it’s brilliant negotiating.  These morons can’t think out of party propaganda.  That’s why I’m called a Biden loving liberal on here when I criticize Trump.  They are dumb.  Most Trumpers I know are dumb or can’t even consider opposing views.  They are driven by fear and resentment.

Repeal the minimum wage.  Help business.

Protect businesses.  Help consumers.

Repeal the income tax.  Help consumers.

Repeal the mountain of regulations and hoops businesses need to jump over to successfully run one.

—-Same people that say “all tariff bad”

No no no.  Let’s just oppose it, because Trump supports it.

Are the tariffs retaliatory?  Is there something he’s trying to get from the country they’re imposed on?  Is there a bit of “be unpredictable” to his strategy in dealing with foreign countries?

Trump does not think all tariffs are good.  They serve a purpose - and he’s going to adjust if they are deemed harmful to us and not serving that purpose.  This isn’t hard.

Businesses and investors are finding it very difficult.  They can't plan  They can't adjust.  They're stuck treading water which is rarely good in business.

Tariffs are not some ideological hill to die on.

I’ll die on there are only 2 genders.

Unless my party tells me there are 68 of them.  That’s what libs have done.

Thank you for proving your hypocrisy and lunacy.

Yes. What is your point? That society as a whole should cater to the people that believe there are an infinite number of genders? You made it into your 60s understanding that humans, dogs, cats, bears, etc all consist of males and females and how to tell the difference. Now at your advanced age you seem to believe differently. Why?
