Bill Cosby got convicted and sent to prison based on allegations from like 40 years ago… I wouldn’t be so sure.

Oh, yeah, Cosby was much more egregious, and I just googled the case and it’s quite sickening, but the point was basically about allegations and time elapsed. I don’t think 2016 is long enough ago that this just goes away.
