"We honestly believe we're right there" has been the message not only since last year, but since the decade started.

It's effectively replaced "Where else would you rather be than right here, right now?" as the official team mantra.

I mean, look at their record compared to the rest of the AFC.   He’s not exactly wrong.  They continue to struggle beating Kansas City as does the rest of the league.

They are the guys the bills need to step up, Kincaid especially

It'd certainly take this O to a new level.

I hate to admit it, but he has a different tone and attitude (in a good way) in the year end presser vs years past.  We will see...

Ya we struck gold with him.

I feel the Jests are trying to build their franchise around a McD imitator in Glenn.

Be grateful,  we're going to get ours

If there was ever a time to make a clear, strong, definitive statement about the calls, today was it.    You can be respectful to refereeing in general and the league and still say “they blew two calls.”     Beane is representing the league to the team and the fans.   I’d like him to represent the team and the fans to the league.

I’d also like to hear whether or not the league agree they blew a couple, of if they defended the calls.   If they defended, I’d love to hear the analysis.

So much of this is “you, the paying customer, aren’t going to hear what we talk about it.”   I’d love to be a reporter.

He did that though, he literally said that was a first down by Allen and that Worthy didn't make that catch.

My question is and has been.... Why do we keep using first time OC's/DC's for a supposed SB contending team with a MVP QB in his prime. I know people are gonna say that Brady was an OC before, but he sucked at his job  with Carolina.

What does Carolina have to do with anything?

Brady just led the Bills to a historical offensive season.  They are the 16th highest scoring offense in NFL history...16th highest scoring team in history.  They had the least % of plays in NFL history that resulted in a sack or turnover.  Josh set numerous individual records.  Shakir set the record for most consecutive targets caught in history.  We had the most games in NFL history with a 20+ margin of defeat.

So how is anyone complaining about the hiring of Brady at this point, let alone his time in Carolina.  Whats next, people going to complain about Bill Belichick's time in Cleveland now?  And the Panthers suck as an organization...they couldn't get anything out of Baker or Darnold both who had great seasons and took their teams to the playoffs while Carolina continues to flutter in irrelevancy without a proven QB.  Blaming any OC for stuggles in Carolina who haven't had a QB since Cam Newton fell apart is wild to me.

Does McD still need to watch film to realize Smiley should be kicked to the curb?

I can have no respect for McD keeping Smiley. I guess you could admire loyalty to his staff but he has had scapegoats before. This guy should be long gone.

what a disappointment.

Belichick is a multi SB winning coach dude! Let's compare apples to apples now.

Brady called a bad game! Face the facts. So did Babich

Why even follow the team then?

I suppose it's slightly better than the people who come here and crash out after the season ends saying they're "done with the team forever" - only for them to stick around here

Slightly...

Also JFC was it weird for anyone else when he referred to the “13 Seconds” game?

Yeah caught my attention too. It was a little peculiar!
