I texted my Dad today- we usually talk on phone.  Our last text thread I was saying we were getting bad spots all game

All game? All playoffs. The Denver game was almost as bad.

The NFL marks the Bills plays using the Staff of Ra, taking back one kadam to honor the frog god whose league this is.

No excuses, Allen had the ball with 2 minutes left and 3 timeouts. Brady needed to call better plays and Allen needed better execution. The ball was in their hands, could have drove it down the field with literally 0 time left.

Except we are all going to find out that Allen was playing the entire second half with a broken right hand

So from now on this team has to make it too big to rig??

That’s what he is saying.  But if the refs call it right, maybe the Bills are up two scores by then and it doesn’t matter that they don’t get a first down.  Sure, I want the Bills to win it despite the refs also.  But why can’t we call out the refs for helping KC win.  Either the refs or the Bills execute better and they win.

You can make alot of money if you’re certain it’s rigged. The Holy Grail of sports wagering is knowing the outcome before it happens.

Oh I agree and I hope these videos get ridden hard nationally. Isn't Goodell from WNY? I know from 50 yrs. of fanage not to hold my breath waiting for change, put a dam chip in the ball. The added graphics on TV ( like when the ball crosses maybe the 1st down line turns green?)

I think would be a major attention getter/draw.

Do you see that written by me anywhere?

Well it does appear to be the case.

I just said even though the refs were terrible we had the chance to screw them and the Chiefs but didn’t get it done.

This was the Bills version of the 2002 Sacramento Kings.

THAT was the playoff series where I had my eyes opened about pro sports (the NBA anyhow). Couldn’t believe how blatant everything was.

Absolutely makes no sense even if you think Vegas knows. The reason is there aren’t any teams you can’t bet on. Meaning if Vegas knows team A is being rigged to win then that’s a big advantage ONLY if the public dumps money on team B. If the public dumps money on team A then they’re holding losses. Why do you think line changes when there’s too much action on one side? That’s to minimize the risks the books are holding. If they know ahead of time then why not let losing bets ride and not alter lines? They’re perfectly taking the juice money. They couldn’t care less who wins.

It just feels like, even if Kincaid had made that catch, or the fourth down had been given to Josh, the refs would have found another way to screw the Bills over. It was one of those nights. The die was cast. As was the winner.

Is that fair? Maybe, maybe not.

Hey, I'm an amateur dabbling in a couple of sports books, but the Bills  1.5 dogs and getting bad calls on spots starting from Cooks run in the 1st to the last offensive play and K.C. covers...IDK. It just seems suspicious  that there were so many games this season where last minute gaffes or calls made the ATS stats seem questionable.

The thing that bugs me the most (not about Vegas) is wondering if Josh is going against play calls or if it's McD.     ie.  Run the clock down and kick the tie at Houston. Leave them with 45-50 seconds and keep our timeouts vs. gambling and hair trigger decisions. Why not kick the FG at the Rams and take a 1 point lead and try to get a stop, maybe all out blitz ala Spags vs. again, getting stuffed on 3rd and thinking we can pull off the same play a minute later....probably why Dan Dumbell lost his guys.

I just don't get it. That could have been the difference in seed and the K.C.game being home. From 13 seconds to last Sunday, my belief in this coach is getting weaker.

I digress.

I hear you man. Every season there are always a couple of instances during games that cost us the #1 seed. It’s been 8 years of listening to McD’s message. It’s gotta be stale at this point. When McD decided to chase points early in this game I knew it would come back to bite. Really no reason to do that.

As for the game the line stayed pretty consistent the whole week. To me that means there were bets on both sides to even things out. I lost my Bills bet straight up but I hit the teaser on Bills and over. KC this year has been profitable to bet against, especially teasers. They just don’t blow anybody out.

Yeah, IDK, From 13 seconds to playing zone 10yds off on 3rd and 8 against Cincy (an example from that game) to playing Klein on Kelce, I'm losing hope.

This last game, going for 2 after TDs instead of points. IIRC we weren't down by 3 at that point and it coulda bit us in the ass possibly.

He needs at the very least to hire a defensive consultant with a proven track record and worry about game management. When he took over for Frazier, I though he did great....during the regular season. Is he forcing his Philosophy on Babich and screwing things up? Is he too dam stubborn with his approach? IDK

Absolutely! There’s no doubt it’s McD’s imprint on this defense. He’s not letting that go.

Well, they threw a flag on the Kincaid play and picked it up after he dropped it.  Were they going to flag the Bills and negate the play, but then did not need to?

The latest I read is it was a graphics error and there was no flag. I don't think anyone in the stadium has come out and said they saw a flag on the field after that play.
