Thinking about adding difference makers, gave up a 2nd next year (plus some '25 picks) to go up and finally get that dangerous Texas WR prospect, Golden, then nabbed my favorite CB in the 2nd, plus 2 really solid and disruptive DTs who slid a little. Crawford could possibly unseat Hamlin as the last S.

interior DL goes from weakness to STRENGTH in a hurry.  Do it.

Those 3 will make each other stronger with the competition.

with rotation, gives us a chance to keep the big guys fresh.

Grant, West
Oliver, Collins

Ogunjobi suspended / DT5

Carter inactive

DaQuan released

Of course, this is unlikely to happen....but it shouldn't be.

We have Ed Oliver and no one.

Eff it we ball

Traded next year's second and move around to get this.....

24: R1 P24 S Nick Emmanwori - South Carolina

27: R1 P27 DL Kenneth Grant - Michigan

80: R3 P16 EDGE Jack Sawyer - Ohio St

109: R4 P7 CB Denzel Burke - Ohio St

117: R4 P15 LB Smael Mondon Jr - Georgia

132: R4 P30 DL Jamaree Caldwell - Oregon

169: R5 P31 WR Isaac TeSlaa - Arkansas

170: R5 P32 RB LeQuint Allen - Syracuse

173: R5 P35 DL Jay Toia - UCLA

177: R6 P1 CB Bilhal Kone - Western Michigan

206: R6 P30 LB Shaun Dolac - Buffalo

The first two are maybe a realistic need. Trade with Minny who could have taken Emmanwori but needed picks and Grant ahead of Detroit who is most likely looking to bolster their Dline.

A lot of these draft services just have people hanging around way longer than they should. I very much doubt Landon Jackson, Tyliek or Amos are going to be there in rd 2 for us without a trade up. I see some drafts with us getting Grant and then one of these other guys in the second. I would love that but I think all of those players will be gone by 50.

Gotta be honest: I DESPISE the DT picks compared to what's possible in this draft. 2 EDGE picks is weird, especially at 62. There HAD to be some beasts at 62. And at 56 tbh. LB plus a second EDGE at 56 and 62 is wild.
