Dr. Who Posted Wednesday at 11:36 PM Posted Wednesday at 11:36 PM (edited) I've been pushing for Harmon or Grant, knowing that Beane is almost certainly locked in on CB at 30. All that said, and even though CB2 is the evident gaping hole on the roster, if Starks falls to 30, there's no way you don't take him. He's that good. (I made a trade with the devil at 62. KC grabbed an OL, I think, and that's why Collins at 63 and the extra pick that turns into Teddye Buchanan.) 30. Malaki StarksS Georgia 56. Trey AmosCB Ole Miss 63. Alfred CollinsDT Texas 109. Jalin ConyersTE Texas Tech I’m a Bulldawg fan and Starks is a game changer and would love to see him fall to us l, but I don’t think he falls past 20, but I agree he could slide some. The player who slides in the mocks I’ve done recently is Pearce the edge rusher out of Tennessee. If he is there at 30, Beane is going to have a hard time not taking him. There's some sort of character issue with Pearce (at least that has been a persistent rumor), but I don't know exactly what. I surmise that may be the reason he is sliding some. Depending on what it is, I do think Beane needs to grab difference makers, and he is potentially one of them. I doubt Starks comes within range. He just ended up falling in that particular shuffle, and it turned into a nice draft. Quote

turbo044 Posted yesterday at 12:37 PM Posted yesterday at 12:37 PM As a team, we lack speed. In this draft I got the fastest CB, RB and TE in the draft while getting a 6'4" receiver who ran a 4.47 and jumped 40" (insane athlete). Doubt Maxwell lasts to 56 but he did in this draft. My big dilemma - Grant or Tyleik Williams at #30. I like a trade down from #30 to around #40 if we can get a 3rd rounder back 30. Kenneth GrantDT Michigan 56. Maxwell HairstonCB Kentucky 62. turbo044 Posted yesterday at 12:55 PM Posted yesterday at 12:55 PM 2 Trade downs here, picking up an early 4th and SF's 2026 2nd. Here I waited on CB's, but still got two mid round sleepers I like. Got 3 Stud DT's, a stud TE, 2 speedsters at WR (one with size) and the fastest RB in the draft. 43. Walter NolenDT Ole Miss 56. Kenneth GrantDT Michigan 73. Kyle WilliamsWR Washington State 109. frogger Posted yesterday at 02:10 PM Posted yesterday at 02:10 PM defending my draft...This is post White signing Harmon might be my favorite DT, he is a 3 down DT and had an almost 18% pass rush win rate. He can play both one tech and 3. Revel would be a top 15 pick if not for injury, with Whites return, they can ease him into being NFL ready, off the charts athlete. Schwesinger- need a plan after Milano leaves, add that at least one LB seems to always be injured Oluwafemi Oladejo-Edge rusher, has some juice, need cost managed depth piece Kyle Williams-had a 89 PFF grade against man cover, just watch the Syracuse game. Robinson-depth DT, had 6 sacks last year Frazier-long and athletic CB, double dip in case Revel needs to sit longer Moore-better than Hamlin Quote
