Choices at 56 weren't offering compelling value so I moved back a little and compressed my pick selections from 10 to 7. 

Move them all the way out of the picks McDermott and Beane make and let the scouts make more.

I don't want to give the whole thing away but he has a great plan for the offseason.  I will just highlight the big things. I will say I wouldn't even pick up the phone and call hollywood brown let alone 2 years for 18 million.

The NFL informed teams that the 2025 salary cap would fall between $277.5 and $281.5 million, so for this exercise, we split the difference and put it at $279.5 million. The -$10.13 million hole is far smaller than what the Bills had to deal with last offseason before cutting all their big-name veterans to clear cap space.

This Garrett trade breakdown seems favorable for the Bills compared to some earlier guesses/projections. Two late firsts is the cost here, essentially. Plus Epenesa is somehow valued enough in the transaction to be included at all (salary relief there?). No more or less valid, this proposal, of course, than any other as an entry in the ongoing chatter.

I traded down and got the 3rd back... I'm assuming Revel is going to be 100%, and admitting I have no idea right now. I did see a video on FB back in early Jan of him running lightly, and well, on a treadmill... So that pretty much makes me a Doctor now... I would like to see the Bills Draft a healthy Revel...or Darian Porter on Day 2... I want one of those two players. I have my reasons.

 

I think 56 is right where Collins should go and I think that's right where the Bills should take him. One dimensional or not. He has large dimensions. I really like Royals for the Bills. I like everything about that... As a Michigan fan I watched Stewart a ton, he's a weapon as a pass rusher. I can't tell you the amount of times I was impressed by his complete arsenal. I felt like he really put it all together this year. When he is on he has everything as a pass rusher. He's small...but so what? The Bills have to get creative. Lorenzo Alexander was not big. Von Miller is not big. 

 

Winston had a crazy low missed tackle rate, he's fast, and I just like Penn St prospects now I guess...I wanted to get depth at CB, LB, OL, Draft a QB only because it's more fun, and get a RB just in case...

Starks and Emmanwori were both gone in the first and Barron and Watts were gone by pick 40 when I ran the simulator.  I like Mukuba but was suprised  how fast safeties were coming off the board.
