Which they'll probably get too - just to rub in the 4 straight in our face. You really think they beat Philly? Theyre a decent team but if Cook can run all over them there’s no reason to doubt Saquon terrorizing them for 100+ on the ground in the first half alone lol That defense was one of if not the best in the regular season and there hasn’t been a drop off into the playoffs. Sacks they were middle of the pack and generating pressure was poor overall but that hasn’t been the case post-season. Philly pull away with it in the second half like they did against the Commanders. Quote
Mr. WEO Posted yesterday at 08:49 PM Posted yesterday at 08:49 PM why wouldn't they wait to give them the Lombardy after a season in their new stadium? Then they could claim squeezing the locals for Stadium funds made possible this SB win... Quote
Rocky Landing Posted yesterday at 09:42 PM Posted yesterday at 09:42 PM Just what do people think the NFL actually is??? it’s not some cabal, or secret society. It’s not even a corporation. It’s a trade association run by 31 billionaire owners, and Green Bay Packer inc. I haven’t read its charter, but I would have a hard time believing that it doesn’t prohibit giving one team a competitive advantage over another, and I have an even harder time believing that 30 billionaire owners would all agree to give up their chances at a Super Bowl. And if their hired representative, Roger Goodell, decided to secretly hatch a plan to promote one team over all others, it would be a far-ranging criminal undertaking, that would include fraud, conspiracy, antitrust violations, and interstate commerce laws. And to what end? To promote some feel-good narrative? To pull in Swifty viewership? As much as fans want to believe that the cards are stacked against them (ALL fanbases feel this way— even Chiefs fans), at its core, it just doesn’t make sense. Quote
ChrisWatson#21 Posted yesterday at 10:09 PM Posted yesterday at 10:09 PM Winning it in San Francisco would be nice for Josh since I believe it's the closest NFL stadium to his hometown. 1 Quote

It’s a prominent picture of Doug Forcett in the show The Good Place: Douglas "Doug" L. Forcett is a former stoner from Calgary, who during the 1970s gained fame in the afterlife by making an almost perfectly accurate prediction about its inner workings. The character shows up later in the show as an older man, played by Michael McKean. You might know him as the lead singer of Spinal Tap or as Lenny on Laverne and Shirley (if you’re really old). He’s also been in a bunch of Christopher Guest movies and other stuff. I know that was way more than you asked for, but it all is humorous to me. No, I appreciate it lol I’m informed now 1 Quote
