Will there be any shock organizational moves in the coming days/weeks?

We’re all just assuming the Bills will run it back, no changes. I think that’s the course.

But any chance you just see McD up and leave due to burnout or something? or get fired?  Beane?

Any big name players out the door other than maybe Von, Milano, Hamlin?

Doubt we see any big changes on the coaching staff or rest of the FO although I think we should probably replace Smiley.

There will surely be some changes to the roster.  I hope the break with Von and hoping they aren't thinking about re-signing Douglas. I'm kinda mad they picked up Rousseau's option at this point and unless he has a standout season, I'm letting him walk after this season.  Absolute no-show against KC.

No, McDermott has a lifetime contract. As long as the Bills win the regular season and tickets and merchandise keep selling, there’s no reason to change anything.

Or he’s a really good coach who simply can’t beat one of the all time great teams.

He will definitely be on the hot seat this year but he’s done a great job in Buffalo.

Von and Hamlin should go.

I do not get why so many people are down on Hamlin.  He is not spectacular but has played well. He is a serviceable #2 off the bench with experience.  Besides, Bishop will be starting next year.  The guy has flashed late in the season.

Surprise moves - not that I agree with these... or at least all of them, but I would be really surprised... I could do with a new set of eyes on the Defense. I would like Beane to also bring in another pro personnel guy.

Offense - Kincaid traded (that would be a total surprise)

Defense - Babich fired

ST - Bass cut

FO - Beane hires a new assistant of player personnel to help evaluate

More likely moves

Offense - Coop, Samuel not resigned, Knox deal re done with a paycut.

Defense - DL coach fired

ST - Smiley out

FO - nothing unless it is to replace Gray or something like that.

And the question ultimately is, who do you replace him with?! Do you take a chance with an unknown coordinator and “hope” he coaches better than the guy who’s won the division multiple times with two trips to the AFC Championship? There’s no Payton or Harbaugh out there. And I sure as **** don’t want Belichek near this team.

I'm probably too hard on Hamlin, but I just want new blood tbh.

I'm sick of slow, undersized guys who our coaching staff stays obsessed with due to their consistency.  Yes, they are consistently mediocre and/or consistently come up small in big moments.

I want something different.  I want a guy like Cole Bishop to play through rough patches in-season because we see his ceiling and want it to show as we enter the playoffs.  I don't want a bunch of guys who play reliable regular season ball and either can't or won't show up when it matters.

Draft a better measurable Safety in the Draft and let Damar Hamlin types go the Levi Wallace/Dane Jackson route of fading into obscurity elsewhere.

I'm tired of Hamlin too.  He improved this season but nowhere close to the impact we need.  Maybe we get that from Bishop going forward.  I want the Eagles DB's!

No.  Terry is happy the seats are filled,so there will be no changes.

I’m 99.9% sure Von is gone. Hamlin is a FA. If he’s back I think it’s on the cheap. After his biceps injury I thought Milano was done, but he came back and got to playing pretty well. I can see him here one more season. I would not be shocked it the Bills moved on, but next offseason is my bet.

Trading Kincaid at his all time lowest value would be an all time stupid move.

Pegula has no stomach for any major changes with the Bills.  He’s probably just happy they aren’t the Sabres.

Josh would not support a move on from McD. Couple that with what you said, he’s not going anywhere.
