Fortunately for Buffalo, only one more cornerback came off the board when Kansas City moved up from pick 29 to pick 21 in a trade with New England to take Washington CB Trent McDuffie. Buffalo made a move of their own shortly thereafter to land Florida CB Kaiir Elam as they traded up from pick 25 to 23 in a deal with Baltimore. Chiefs trade up, pick speedy WR Xavier Worthy in NFL draft https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/40027793/chiefs-trade-pick-speedy-wr-xavier-worthy-nfl-draft We literally have no one but to blame but ourselves. Dablitzkrieg Posted Tuesday at 04:35 AM Posted Tuesday at 04:35 AM Can't disagree. Should be interesting with the BS Beane and McD feed us in the end of season presser vs what they actually do with the draft. 1 1 Quote

McDuffie v Elam sucks but we just got outfoxed at a position of need. Giving the Chiefs Worthy is easily the most indefensible. And thus Worthy dropping a hundo on our heads in the AFCCG while Keon Coleman run blocks on passing downs is a sick form of poetic justice for Beane and co. An egregious error. And unfortunately utterly predictable. 2 2 1 Quote

He just lacks the trifecta of better coaching/better support cast/refs Mahomes has a little something extra that I can’t qualify or quantify. He’s the most clutch QB I ever remember playing, even more so than Brady. If you needed a drive to end with a TD and your literal life depended on it, I would choose Mahomes to get it done. Our guy is great and has been let down by his teammates, but still I can’t ignore how that side of the ball hasn’t been able to capitalize on their opportunity to take the lead aside from the :13 game. And we all know who the other QB was that drove 45 yards in 9 seconds (yes, the Bills defense made it easy on him). 3 Quote

There’s been 3 QBs in my lifetime that displayed this clutch trait consistently. They’re Montana, Brady, and now Mahomes. No surprise all three have multiple SB’s. Quote
BillMafia716ix Posted Tuesday at 05:50 AM Posted Tuesday at 05:50 AM And despite all that. The Bills had the opportunity to win both games on the last possession. Our MVP QB just hasn’t delivered. Gotta call a spade a spade. It’s always a miss throw here, miscommunication error there or a bad play call. 4 2 1 Quote

Ultimately when it’s all said and done, people outside of Bills fans will only remember the outcome and not the details. 13 seconds will be a story we tell our grandkids, letting them know that Josh Allen won that game TWICE inside the final 2 minutes, that heroic effort will fade and be forgotten by the masses. 1 1 Quote

Lionel Hutz Posted Tuesday at 07:29 AM Posted Tuesday at 07:29 AM I didn’t like trading with the Chiefs for Worthy but I still don’t think any of those trades are the biggest factor in the Bills coming up short once again. The number one reason we can’t beat them when it matters is coaching. McDermott is a terrible in-game decision maker. He’s also supposed to be a defensive genius but our defense has stunk for years against quality opponents. If it wasn’t for the fortunate turnovers and dropped passes the Ravens would have beaten us last week. He should have been fired after the 13 second game. He’s never been held accountable for any of this team’s failures. If Josh wants to win a Superbowl here he needs to demand ownership take action, but he never would do something like that. 2 1 1 Quote
