Reich knows the game and has had some success with good and smart offenses.  I'm sick of having coordinators with so little experience learning on the job while we have Allen.

Our offense obviously needs some external input on our plays. If he'll come, Frank Reich would be awesome at injecting some fresh ideas into our offense!

It sounds good on paper but I don’t think they need Reich.  I think he would be best suited as “assistant head coach/pass game coordinator” but I don’t think they need him.  I also think Reich is still being paid by Carolina to do nothing.  Not sure he’s gonna give that up for an assistant with the Bills.

Brady needs to learn to scheme up game/opponent specific plays.    Nothing we ran against the Chiefs was new and once they figured out the QB sneak he had nothing else to turn to.  Be nice to see guys running across the field wide open once in a blue moon   Bills run game saved the day this year.  Especially in the red zone    Passing game was a huge step back  No clue what to do w MVS  He leaves and all of a sudden can make plays?  Samuel was non existent much of the year.  Cooper went games without a target  This everybody eats crap sucks

Are you mistaking him for Brian Daboll?

Brady O relies allot less on Josh making big plays. More on Allens supporting cast/Bills run game.

Achieve Longevity with Josh's NFL career like Tom Brady. its only a matter of time.

The Bills will win a Championship.

Want a part time consultant to speed things up? Ryan Fitzpatrick/Gailey O

Nothing comes easy in this pass offense for Josh. I saw a lot this season of Josh just buying time scrambling looking to make a play because no one was open. Part of the blame can be pointed at the talent around him but some of it is scheme. Since taking over last year the passing offense hasn’t been great and one no one is scared of. Brady took the weakness which was the run game and he turned it completely around to where it is the strength of the offense. However, the passing game took a step back. Need to challenge teams in all parts of the fields and pick up chunk plays.

Diggs vanished could argue that he had been checked out but looked completely washed once Brady took over. Tight ends which are invisible. Traded a 3rd for a guy in Cooper who was a non factor the entire year. I don’t see longevity with Josh’s career like Brady had because they play totally different styles. Will Josh be able to evolve into a pocket passer once he loses some of that scrambling and playmaking ability. The style Josh plays can wear a guy down. If he can make it to his mid thirties the way he is going would be happy.

Yet the Bills ranked 2 in the NFL in scoring Offense and beat the number 1 scoring Offense by scoring more points vs Lions. Ranked 2nd in red zone Offense. Tied for 2nd with 65 TD's. Best TD to INT ratio Josh Allen has ever had in a season. (28 TD's 6 INT's)

Wear a guy down how? Less hits running because a RB is carrying the load? Less hits passing when sack numbers are lowest ever in a season?

Really?

The position is already held by a William & Mary alum in DJ Mangas.

Our HC is W&M as is our OC.

So maybe you've identified the problem

BTW Mike Tomlin is also W&M and they won their division as recently as 5 years ago!

While I think Frank Reich is a good coach, I’m not sure I’d mess with the play calling magic that Brady had going.  They need better than Shakir, rental Cooper, Hollins and Coleman at WR.  They *could* resign Cooper and Coleman could have a breakout second year.  I would not break the bank for Cooper, but he is still quite good.  They need competition for Coleman in case he doesn’t develop.

Coleman was a huge letdown. He'll need to improve drastically for 2025.

I wouldn't mind them looking at pass coordinators. Haven't been impressed with Brady in that regard. Too many pray that Josh makes miracle throw and nothing easy.

You think Brady's run plays are designed better than the pass plays?
