Ramza86 Posted January 27 Posted January 27 Mcdermott looks nice on paper...but honestly....this team would be in wild card contention with a 15 year old calling madden plays. You can just see the difference between Reid and Mcdermott when they play each other. We blitz...Reid has more answers. They blitz we dont. Reid just has the team playing right at the right times. At this point its worth trying something new. We believe as long as Allen is on the team they can make a playoff run right? Because of reality. McD could be replaced if he has lost the faith of the team. People are Ali yelling about replacing Brady, but from all appearances Brady and Josh have worked very well together. Before anyone points to Bill's record without Brady I would say "who cares" What is Bill's record when he has had an elite level franchise QB. Allen is an elite level franchise QB. Bill is also a much better DC than Sean. He would improve the defense which would increase their chances of getting over the hump and winning a Super Bowl. But we all know Terry isn't firing McDermott and Beane. We have to hope Beane has a good offseason with FA and the draft so he can upgrade the talent level on this team. 1 Quote
