Why moving on from McDermott is tough due to logistics

Beane needs to be fired. Right now.

 

We have Josh Allen.

We have James Cook.

We have Khalil Shakir.

We have a great O-line.

 

We'll be fine without Beane.

 

Beane done all he can. He just can't identify key Pro Bowl talent like the Chiefs, Eagles, Ravens, and Bengals. He's maxxed out. He can't build a great experienced defense. He can't get great wide receivers. Steph Diggs was through a trade, not the Draft.
