Of course he panicked. He had a guy coming from his left, right and in front of him lol

 

Even in that panic he dropped a pretty much perfect pass downfield, with no visibility in the middle of coverage to Kincaid who dropped it. 
 

He said in the postgame the check was good for the first look, they slid left and he immediately snapped it. Well they looped the blitz from the right and he had to get rid of it. Great disguise by Spags. Bad design by Brady having no RB and motioning Shakir into the backfield. Some of its on Josh but personnel and play design is on Brady for that. Josh actually made it work from what would probably be a 0.01% of a completion lol

I felt like that was the first time all season that Josh was "confused" by the Defense from pre-snap to post-snap......came at the worst possible time.😡
