corta765 Posted Monday at 04:55 AM Posted Monday at 04:55 AM Yep 100%!l agree. 17 is a choker and it isn’t changing. I use to defend him but at this point he’s had too many cracks without breaking through when he’s had the ball. Would rather trade him outright and be done. 1 1 Quote
toto8 Posted Monday at 04:56 AM Posted Monday at 04:56 AM Josh has choked the last 2 playoff losses. Love Allen but people are blind. Accept it and move on. 1 1 1 Quote

Heavy Kevi Posted Monday at 05:00 AM Posted Monday at 05:00 AM I think if Josh "choked", Brady did as well. Playcalling in the first half was bad and it's clear they should have had a few wrinkles for the tush push formation. They tried it 657 times tonight and it failed 656 times. And the one time it worked Josh fumbled and luckily managed to fall on it🤷🏻♂️ The over reliance on that play was even crazier given that after the first stop, it was obvious the chiefs spent A LOT of time in practice on stopping that exact play. I do recognize that at least one time (maybe twice), they did get it and the refs called it wrong. But I'm not going to complain about the refs when we knew going into the game we were playing chiefs and zebras. Everyone knew it and it was up to the bills to overcome it. Quote
colin Posted Monday at 05:01 AM Posted Monday at 05:01 AM Allen's EPA is a machine of a line going from the lower left to the upper right as he continues to play. He plays with dog water level talent around him, and MCDs d, even after all the turnover and investment, continues to allow season high EPA in every loss I really wonder if some of you guys just don't understand these stats. They give a real and meaningful numerical representation of how teams and parts of teams perform. Allen is the goat, MCD and our fo are losers. 1 2 Quote

But tonight I felt he was going to call a tush push 10x times? Dear Lord, stop Joe... it's not working or stick a 340# player behind Josh. And that showed me he just isn't all that clever. It was like an off center tush push to the left though. Think they thought they had the matchup there, but didn’t. Kept trying it stupidly. Quote

He read the defense and knew Kincaid would be open on the deep hook route because KC had vacated that entire area of the field in an all out blitz. It was an elite QB putting the team on his back in a critical moment with an incredible read and throw - and I believe Allen and Mahomes are the only two players in the NFL capable of making that throw in that moment. Unfortunately it is lost to history because Kincaid choked. Same old story. 4 2 1 Quote
Shortchaz Posted Monday at 05:04 AM Posted Monday at 05:04 AM Josh played the exact type of season McDermott wanted and the end result was exactly the same. Quote

Romo kept calling out how we run it over left guard every single time. KC was the first team to actually adjust to that. Unfortunately, we didn’t counter their adjustment. Although, I honestly think we made that last first down. Quote

The Bills thought they had a matchup advantage over there and all they accomplished is their battering ram losing all its momentum off the snap. Whatever it was it was terrible. I will never understand why they changed it…and will definitely never understand why they didn’t change it back when it wasn’t working Quote
TheBrownBear Posted Monday at 05:07 AM Posted Monday at 05:07 AM No way! He started shaky, but he fought back and gave us a chance to win. That's a very good Chiefs defense that he put up 29 (should have been 31) against. He was clutch finding Samuels on 4th down and still managed to make a play on that all out blitz to end the game. He could have played better from start to finish but he was most of the reason we hung in the game until the end. 2 Quote
JROC INTEL Posted Monday at 05:10 AM Posted Monday at 05:10 AM Josh could have easily had 3 ints. I was honestly surprised how he came out so nervous again. You’d think they would be over that by now. He played flustered, sometimes just chucking it up. It just reminded me of rookie Josh again. all that being said i love the guy and happy he’s ours and we wouldn’t get this far without him. But even he would agree it was not a good game for him. T.E. Posted Monday at 05:10 AM Posted Monday at 05:10 AM Our coaching staff has made a concerted effort to neuter him for weeks. They got exactly what they deserved when you don't put the game in your best player's hands. Quote

But ya i agree in a lot of instances there should be more passing and less running. 1 Quote

Lol two of them were on the same series of downs so the second one couldn’t have even happened if the first did 😂 not even sure what the third one is…was it the play with the defensive hold? The dude was pretty much lights out after the first drive Edited Monday at 05:16 AM by Generic_Bills_Fan Quote

It was a good game. Was it a Superman game? No. Was it an out of this world game? No. But it was good. It should have been good enough. 1 Quote

Unfortunately it is lost to history because Kincaid choked. Same old story. Thank you. The posters calling Allen a choker must be cheering some other team. Considering the amount of plays he is called on to make with an offense that lacks star power it's amazing we made it as far as we did this year. Pundits were suggesting we would go 7-10 or 8-9 this year and miss the playoffs entirely. We need to use some of the cap space that is freed up next year to do something about our lack of defensive pressure on the QBs when dealing with the elite QBs like Jackson and Mahomes. We need to get speed on offense. and depth in the secondary. Quote
