KC will win and Travis will propose on the podium to TayTay.  Book it!

Only explanation for this...  Watch commissioner hug Chris Jones after the game:

https://www.totalprosports.com/nfl/sketchy-footage-has-social-media-erupting-over-roger-goodells-fishy-behavior-towards-kansas-city-chiefs-player/

that reminded me of hugs Goodell gives draft picks on stage after they are drafted first round. Was it excessive here? Yes I mean it almost felt like bromance to me.

But Roger isn't colluding with officials to throw or  not throw flags in games. BUT does the NFL love their RED team juggernaugt champions? Clearly Yes

This post is bleeding over into officiating but I do understand it Is a root cause of a lot of fans frustrations.

I hate losing based on that kind of crap too. But I try to let it go  because again it isn't healthy to dwell on  things you cannot control SO.

I'm not boycotting it, but I can't imagine this is the tenor of discussion the NFL wants for much longer.

You have some analysts and most fans alike, at fever pitch, saying in all seriousness that they wonder if the league is just entertainment at this point and not a true competition.

Bill Burr was on Rich Eisen's show echoing that sentiment.  Every show yesterday opened by talking about, yet another, game altering call(s) that went the Chiefs way.

Maybe they don't care, but the NFL is getting dangerously close to becoming a league it's fans will watch, but don't truly believe in any longer.

Wait, a Pats fan is complaining about questionable calls???? 😂 it definitely has to be a bit for Burr.

and this crybaby, “I’m taking my ball and going home stuff” is negative PR for Bills fans. Embarrassing, temper tantrum stuff.

Did you hear what he said?

"I don't care how you get to do it again."

Really?  KC gets Carte Blanche?

😕😞

When have the Bills not had negative PR.

😆🤣

Most watched NON-SB's were #1, 1988... #2, 2025.  Bills were in both.

I would argue were are the most beloved fanbase in the league right now. But some fans look giant babies.

I don’t care if anyone watches the SB and they will still have insane ratings. But stating it online or organize “protests” is crybaby behavior. Be better bills fans!

Yeah, I get it... They like matchups.

Say Detroit hadn't lost out & instead won out... Would Bills have got the calls?  Same with Washington.

Maybe play both Championship Games at same time?  Never gonna happen IMO.

Agree... I don't care.  We have always taken high-road gets us nowhere.

Are the Texans babies?

I mean, honestly we are true victims this time... Sad that victim shaming occurs.

Good thing it’s not just Bills fans then.. it’s literally 30 other fanbases as well.

And I never said I’m “taking my ball and going home”, so I don’t know why my post is quoted for that remark… I just don’t necessarily trust that the league is as truly play-on-the-field based as I thought it was..  Not when one team continually gets so many high leverage calls their way.

I was talking with my college age son today for first time since game and he is just really getting into football and stated the game was boring because you did not know what was happening with the officials. His friends who have no allegiance to the Bills turned it off in the main room when they gave KC the ball on the 4th down because they felt the officials were on the take. They will not be watching the SB either.

Oh... Finally found... The Bills organization is nothing but class compared to this.  This is what happens when they feel robbed, when I all reality they weren't:

Nobody on Bills is doing this!  Even the fans... Which are mainly neutral...

Just curious for the boycotting the Super Bowl crowd if you were offered free tickets to this Super Bowl would you still turn them down?

Some caller on WGR just said he was offered free tickets to the Super Bowl and he turned them down because he didn't want to watch the Chiefs.  I get not wanting to watch the game, and I get not wanting to root for the Chiefs but call me a sellout if you want if I was offered free tickets to the Super Bowl I'd be going.  Don't get me wrong I would be wearing my Bills gear and rooting against the Chiefs but for me I couldn't turn down that opportunity to actually attend a Super Bowl as the ticket prices these days are outside of my financial budget.

It would be a tough decision.  I do have in-laws that are Eagles fans so I know they would take them.  But for me to go, to a game the Bills are not playing in, and thinking of the money needed for flight, rental car, and hotel, I would decline also.

Can I take them and then resell them?

Thought about this a bit more.

Look...Im NOT going to judge anyone who is still salty and doesnt want to watch these two immently hateble teams and in the case of Philly, the fanbase. But that said....this is the NFL Championship...how does one claim to be a "rabid football fan" and have the NFL take such a central part in their lives like we all claim to be and do, and then skip out watching this game?

The answer is we don't feel the product is up to the proper standards. The officials are unfortunately always going to be part of the game but there is no reason the biggest play of the AFC championship was a terrible call, especially when the officials went to review and still got it wrong. My decision not to watch was reinforced yesterday when the NFL whined about the conspiracy theory but presented no answer to improve the officiating. I was surprised today at work when several of my coworkers told me they weren't going to watch it either because they feel the Eagles will have to win by 14 to win by 3 on the scoreboard.

Totally fair. The NFL has a serious problem on their hands. But judging by Goodell's comments he doesn't care.
