The QB sneaks were not working, it was obvious and they should have gone away from it before the one Josh fumbled....then they continued to push their luck, it was dumb.  You have a guy who can do lots of things other than QB sneaks.  Not sure this is Kromer's fault, that is man on man and they were losing or just stalemating.

The OLine had never been as good as this year. All year... except today (OK, and the Ravens game early). I don't get it. Josh had no time, at all. At least there were holes for the run game. But even the Tush Push had no... push.

The Chiefs, for all their wins, looked meh all year, just like last year. Come postseason, suddenly it's like they're made of all stars at every position. WT H

The built in checkdown is where the ball is supposed to go if they send the house, which they did.

There were a Chiefs would have met him right at the line to gain. It would have been a bang-bang play. Maybe he gets it over, maybe he doesn’t.

And yes, Torrence whiffed

Yes, that was one bad play. Kincaid is a complete disappointment.

But Brady had repeated mistakes the whole game.

Theyre both true.

I’d feel better about this loss (if that’s possible) had we not run the failed tush push on fourth and one. I know the refs ripped us off, but it had been stopped time and time again. We could have taken a nine point lead if we score that drive, and the entire outcome would be different. It was pathetic.

this explains it better than me. Two guys shoot through Torrence’s side immediately.  The tweet author is crazy because to get any ball in the air with 2 free rushers is a win, but that play is, imo, squarely on OCT.

I think we should do another failed tush push to the left. and then another one. and then another one. The announcers are stating that the Chiefs know the Bills like to tush push to the left and stacked all their best d linemen right there and we still just f-ing blindly run it to the left.

It was like Brady didn’t have access to see the field. He apparently couldn’t see it wasn’t working.

I think we have to consider that maybe the Chiefs are just cruising and trying things out during the regular season?

If Dalton Kincade was a clutch TE Brady, Kramer, and Allen wouldn’t be getting this BS scrutiny. Kincade is not a go to TE. He has turned out to be a missed 1st round pick that we moved up to draft.

It’s clear as day why Allen didn’t throw to him.

It would have been a bang-bang play at the first down line and no telling if we get it.

Chiefs had 3 defenders guarding the LOS. The defender closer to the camera in this picture even moves down closer to Shakir.

Correct.  Got to hand it to Spags.  Great call there.

They got clowned as did McD.

They know McD only uses his defensive ends to bulk rush and set the edge.  They easily used that against McD and just turned Rousseau inside.  Over and over and over again.  McD finally figured it out way too late and brought Von in.

Too late dumb dumb

That third down swing pass before Spags outcoached Brady on fourth down is arguably the worst call of the season.  Up there with the garbage TE screen call last week against the Ravens in an important moment.  Wait...

I might be seeing a pattern here.

Edit - I totally forgot about the third and goal fade route to Coleman too!  That's up there with Doug Marrone and Nate Hackett playcalling.

Incorrect. Shakir ran a bubble/orbit on the left side and had 15 yards of green grass ahead of him.

Torrence whiffed on his block and there were TWO free rushers in Josh’s face.

Yep. The call was NOT the problem on that final play. It was execution. Execution. And more execution.

Not quite a Mark Andrews. It was a weird floater of a pass from Allen, not a play/ball delivered exactly as it was drawn up. Still, he should've snagged it, but hardly a routine catch.

I think it was a relatively routine catch for an NFL receiver.  A lot of other things could have happened to win the game (spot, try a GDFing sneak to the right, run Cook more than 13 times when he's averaging 6.5 YPC) but just make the catch.

Yeah, I'm about to lose it here: "no IDEA why Josh did not throw the orbit to Shakir." I know why. He was backpedaling for his life as soon as the ball's snapped. He had no time to evaluate and he STILL THREW IT TO AN OPEN MAN AND HIT HIM IN THE HANDS.

There was zero chance on this play. Less than zero

It's amazing he even got anything off...and it actually hit a guy in both hands

He is an amazing defensive coordinator.

The Chiefs knew so many of our plays, inside and out, that many of them had zero chance from the get-go. Especially in the first half.
