We signed Samuel to a 3 year deal. The "out" in his contract isn't until after next season. We'd be eating 11m in Dead Cap to cut him.

Samuel is on this roster next year, due to his contract.  He's better than Kincaid at working the middle of the field anyway.  Kincaid should not be keeping anyone else off the field, he does nothing above average.

We need to get linebackers that can play.  Did not get that tonight.  Did anyone see Philly and their D Line and LB's play today.  They are dominate.  They destroyed Washington, this team needs players like that.  We don't have them.

We don't have any quality WR's they are a hodgepodge or cast me offs' except for Shakir and maybe Hollin's, Cooper is a question mark.   Coleman should never have been drafted.  Wasted pick.  Our TE performance this year was very underwhelming.

 

We have a lot of areas to improve upon.

Well he made a difference today.

 

Normally I don't blame individual players but this one was mostly on him. That was easy NFL catch and if he makes it we are going to OT at worst.

How about starting by getting actual starters and maybe one difference maker in the first two rounds...outside of Allen, it's been one misfire after another for Beane.  There is something fundamentally wrong with their talent evaluation on early high value picks.

Agree biggest FA need is a DE who can get 10 sacks.  Heard rumors that Hendrikson on Bengals may be cut loose to save $$

Hendrickson will cost too much for us. Won't happen. We need a legit WR. Legit. Not a non-existent Amari. Not a cast of nobody's. We need a guy who can get open A LOT. A guy like that also opens up things for everyone else.

It hasn't been good that's for sure, seems to do better with free agents

I have no confidence this front office can make moves that won't get us exactly where we are now, which is exactly where we were in 2021.  Only 2 playoff losses by a team w 4+TDS and no turnovers, is then and us now.

Watching Rousseau get stood up by Kareem Hunt in pass pro or taken out of contain was painful today.

 

I thought he turned a corner but he’s another Ed Oliver. Good player but not good enough.

Kincaid got hurt this season. I'm not sure we should dismiss him just yet.

Committing penalties when he wasn’t getting cooked in coverage……any and everything bad a safety could do he did it today along with Elam!
