Just FYI, we've had great secondaries and we coach not to rush the passer.  Now what?  Just get another excellent secondary and spend less on the O line?  We've tried giving McD multiple things and he falls short.

Andy Reid never made it to the Super Bowl for over 12 years as a head coach. McDermotts day will come but first we need to restock the shelves in the WR, LB, DT and CB.

I don't know how anyone that puts on a Bills uniform could have the belief that they will beat the Chiefs in the playoffs with this team's history over the last 5 years. They were uptight all night and it showed in their play. They didn't believe they were going to win tonight. That won't change unless you replace either McDermott or Allen. I know who I'm voting to keep.

T and P are the exception to the rule imo.  Josh made plenty of mistakes and bad judgement calls tonight.  This loss is more on him than McD.  Well, and the refs of course, but that's par for the course with KC

We will never win anything with him. A completely new voice needs to come in and fix the defense. The chiefs defense is coached so much better then ours it’s not even funny. This defense will never win anything. Never has, never will. Let’s just keep wasting years of josh Allen’s career. It’s only going to get harder. In a heartbeat I’d make Brady the HC and bring in a different DC. One with HC experience. I want a complete overhaul on the defensive philosophy. It’s not that I hate it, it’s that it just doesn’t work. I’m not sure when it’s going to be obvious to everyone. If we run it back with this defense, this is as far as we’ll ever go. The good passers will always shred us. This guy is ***** terrible at coaching a defense

Is McD the Perfect coach?  Absolutely not.  But players make the plays (or don't make the plays).  Josh should be getting a fair amount of blame for this one.

It's been past time to move on from him.  I said the end of last season if you don't Chang nothing nothing will change.  His D is ass. I'm am sick of watching WR run free in the secondary.  They suck!

Here's the thing, you (generically) envision another coach coming in here and what, not winning, not winning this crap division in spite of having Allen?  

 

A coach would have to be blind, deaf, and stupid not to post winning seasons, and at least third of the teams in this league, as they are, could win our division.  KC, LAC, DEN, Cincy, Balt, Houston, Washington, Philly, Detroit, GB, Minny, Tampa, LAR, Seattle, and maybe even a couple of others.

You know what was a real eye-opener?

 

How they blitzed the house on our last offensive play, and blew it up immediately. Our current staff would've NEVER done that. We'd let Pat sit back there all day and find a receiver.

 

We don't play to win. Relying on the run (playing it safe) in really crucial points in the game when we have Josh Allen. They did it in every game this postseason.

Defense did enough. Not going to be talking negatively about him this year. I might not think he's the savior but it's a lot of negative energy on him when we had multiple paths to win this game. If anything, I'm looking more at Beane to be honest.

His defense seems to play worse in the playoffs than other teams that are not juggernauts on defensive talent either.
