NO but there are needs- maybe a new DC and spread around the roster upgrades there are plenty to go around.

For example- last play of the game Reid was able to put Samaje Perine in a position to beat Terrel Bernard. That's coaching man. Bernard is one of our better players. Perine is a nobody. We get consistently and disastrously out coached in big games

Yea they got us on that play. It's Andy Reid he is gonna get everyone on those plays now and again. The Bills original gameplan was poor, their half time adjustments were good. 

 

They still had a chance to win the game at the end despite everything and they failed to get it done because their talent failed.

He’s the guy that got us to the dance in the first place.  We could have been doing the 7-9 tango the last 5 years if not for him and we’d never know any better.  Because that’s how it always was. Find a 1 flanker, steal Myles Garret from the Browns, gotta get a quality corner, and throw a ton of money at Josh to make him a permanent Bill.  Spend some more money on a top flight DC.  Then we’ll finally hippity hop to the Super Bowl.

You keep pace with the other guys keeping for the one seed, or you don't.  Bills definitely seem to think it is fine to blow off those early season games.  Since this team has never won a road playoff game, you think they would fight harder to win every single week.

This team has gone as far as it can with McDermott. The salary cap and current contracts are going to restrict our ability to get talent. they can play musical chairs all they want but the bed is already made, It didn’t work.

 

i.e. McDermott has already had the most talent on a roster he’s ever going to have and didn’t get it done. 
 

this isn’t to say McDermott is a bad coach, just that SOMETHING has to change because we are just spinning our wheels at this point.
