Don Otreply Posted yesterday at 03:05 AM Posted yesterday at 03:05 AM I have supported Sean for years now, but sadly his chosen players and scheme let us down yet again, the problem is, is there a better HC available? The answer is , maybe, maybe not, it’s like being in QB purgatory, but with a HC, what can be done to improve this Defense so we can get over this barrier…, GO BILLS!!! 2 1 2 Quote

colin Posted yesterday at 03:16 AM Posted yesterday at 03:16 AM I'd take the guy the cowboys just let go over MCD. He has a ring and got a dumpster fire in Dallas to compete. Beane should go too. Zero wr talent w the best QB, right ends suck, we got away from the run, d is constantly cheeks. How can a team hope to win a chip over KC with flipping babbich and Brady as coordinators? These guys are chumps, no resume for either of them. 1 Quote

He's a good coach, and I don't trust us to find someone better, but I don't ever see him beating Reid and Mahomes when it really matters. So? 🤷 Quote

Special K Posted yesterday at 03:17 AM Posted yesterday at 03:17 AM (edited) The problem is Andy Reid....name a Defense that consistently shuts him down. Edited yesterday at 03:20 AM by Special K 1 1 Quote

He very likely will, I’m hoping that with the draft picks and cap space, we can get some monsters for the D line and some WRs GoBills!!! 2 Quote
saundena Posted yesterday at 03:18 AM Posted yesterday at 03:18 AM (edited) He's a good coach. But.... I don't know what else to say. We can't win in big moments. We should have been going for XP instead of 2pt and on that 4th down where we didn't convert, that should have been a FG. The Chiefs were ready for every short yardage play. For crying out loud; can't we try running it to the right once? McDermott was ok on this game, not great, but Spags took Brady to the woodshed. KC has had a horseshoe shoved up their ass all years. In retrospect, this outcome was not surprising Edited yesterday at 03:18 AM by saundena 1 1 1 Quote

Tell me who in the NFL has beaten Reid and Mahomes in the last three post-seasons? And only one AFC coach has done in it the last 6 seasons. And you sure as hell don't want that clown here. Draconator Posted yesterday at 03:19 AM Posted yesterday at 03:19 AM I was just thinking maybe it's time to move on from McDermott, just to send the message that the status quo is no longer acceptable. He did a great job this year, but same result as before. Quote
Man with No Name Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM mostly, we just got beat in the trenches today. you can over analyze this game to death. if we can move the ball 1 and 2 yards, like we did all year, we win this game. You can look at some calls by the refs that hurt us, but we did more to hurt ourselves imo. 1 Quote

Chaos Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM If you are happy with making the divisional round of the playoffs, i feel like it is very low risk to make a change in HC. I think at least 20 of today's NFL coaches would make the divisional round of the playoffs with this Bills offensive roster. 2 Quote

In retrospect, this outcome was not surprising a tendency that strong that we’ve heard about for years… it’s bizarre we have no counter punch at all. Go the other way. Change the formation. Bootleg outside even once. 1 Quote
Kirby Jackson Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM Posted yesterday at 03:21 AM I’ve been done with McDermott for years and I’m more done now than ever. Playing not to lose vs. playing to win is a huge difference. Another year goes by of Josh Allen’s prime without reaching the Super Bowl. This is Dwayne Casey and Nick Nurse to me. it’s fine that his team is good. If they, continuously, aren’t good enough in the biggest moments, I want someone else calling the shots. 2 1 Quote
Man with No Name Posted yesterday at 03:22 AM Posted yesterday at 03:22 AM WE possibly have the best offensive line we've ever had. and we couldn't move the ball 1 yard at a time. i feel like I did 4 years ago again. hopeless. no matter what we do, they'll somehow do it better. 1 1 Quote
