Hard to beat the Chiefs and the refs every post-season

Interception for the Bills became a Chiefs' 30 yard completion. Phantom PI against Elam prevented a Chiefs' punt. Successful 4th down QB sneak in the 4th quarter inexplicably became the Chiefs' ball. Penalty flag against the Chiefs on the Bills' last play was picked up with no explanation. This isn't rocket science. Refs know exactly when and where to have the biggest impact while making things seem close. It's all fixed.

But the Bills were massively outcoached while also having worse calls AND non calls against them.

 

Again this is something that is par for the course in the 2025 NFL. Be better than the other team AND the officials.

 

The Bills were better than NEITHER the Chiefs or the officials.

 

Thus they lost. 

 

 

Out coached and still were a dropped ball by Kincaid from tying it. I think the coaching staff made some great adjustments at half. And u shouldn’t have to be better than a supposed unbiased officiating crew, this is an NFL problem and seems to favor the same teams over and over. People are getting sick of it. I refuse to believe the Chiefs are just a super clean team free of making mistakes year in and year out come playoff time.

I thought they had it on third too......this sequence was huge.  Still the wrong playcall on 4th.....I fell strongly about that, it was close and you let the zebras decide.  They shoudl have had a different play with the way the QB sneaks were going.

All of their mistakes are mitigated by officiating.

By "entire", I hope you mean all NFL fans.... not just the Bill's. Our fan base is far from the only one that cries about the Refs (especially in regards to the Chiefs).

Milano gets called for a face mask.  Right call but at sideline and often missed.

 

Rousseau ends up with his helmet on the ground front and center a few plays later and nada.

 

This is the the WWF NFL.

 

In a game with two evenly matched teams these calls and missed calls are CRUCIAL.

 

Especially when you're getting outcoached simultaneously

This was the first KC game I've seen that I didn't feel like was a hose job. That spot on 4th you can argue about but next time don't get stuffed.

Where I'll disagree is it's not just this fanbase - from what I've seen it's the majority of the football watching public. Was at a HS football game in the fall and less than 5 minutes into the game a guy sitting next to me was livid over the refs spotting the ball. And the plays weren't even first down or not spots. Folks are hyper focused on the refs.

 

I thought we should've gotten the first down call on review and looking back at the 3rd down play it never should have come down to it. But the bigger issue to me was the over-reliance on Josh on 4th and short when it was getting stuffed going back to last week so I get your point.
