Rules committee has to make the spots instructions specific and add tech to help the refs.  Will probably involve negotiations and $ to get the refs to give up some of their ability to influence the game.

I actually think the chiefs got some bad sideline calls too. Late in the game, pachinko ran to the sideline and got down in bounds, and the ref called him out of bounds to stop the clock. 
 

the sideline officials were just incompetent.

Just an excuse as usual from butthurt fans that just lost an AFCCG. Here’s an idea, go out and dominate and not let the score be close and then you won’t have to blame the refs when your team plays like *****.

Not sure if this has been posted... but how in the world does the only official who has the ball-side view of the play... mark the ball... and then it changes???

Did you notice the "flag" displayed on the TV on the final play to Kincaid? The NFL threw a flag just in case Kincaid caught it.  They were never letting us win.

watching it live-  I saw the far ref give him the first….:then the camera pans and I see the bottom ref coming in a yard shorter than him……bottom ref gets the ball and the game is over.

I was shouting at the TV when I saw this and still whining to my brother about it this morning. The guy with the view of Josh's back overruled the guy that had the view of the ball. WTF?

Bills had 6 penalties accepted for 48 yards, Chiefs 5 for 21. 14 total flags, 3 declined.

 

3 of the Bills flags were pre-snap sloppiness. 2 facemasks, a D hold

 

Chiefs had 2 DPI and 1 D hold. 

 

Neither team had an Offensive hold called.

If you run that clip you can see the guy with arrow pointing at him move to the other guy's spot as he runs closer to the ball.

This is always such an idiotic response to the poor officiating.  These are two elite teams battling it out.  One play or a few inches can, and did, determine the game.  A team shouldn't have to "go out and dominate" in order to overcome the refs.  There is no excuse for such consistently bad officiating in a league that makes billions of dollars.

Dominate one of the best teams from the past 20 years is a stupid concept to preach. When two heavyweights go at it even competent officiating is often the difference in a tightly called or loosely called game. The first AFCCG we faced them the officials did not call about anything but did it equally, we had to adapt. This game they were incompetent several times and it slanted the KC way each time

That’s really the only chiefs bills playoff game ive ever had complaints about the refs and we’ve lost 4 of them 😂. They’re usually oline/db hold fests but they let both sides get away with it so that’s never really been an issue

Yea the refs did not help themselves in that two play sequence lol. The play before that it looks like Kincaid got there and the ref ran in at a pretty bad but reasonable enough spot and placed the ball like a half yard off his left shoulder for some reason making it a horrendous spot haha

Imagine running a league where #boycottthesuperbowl is trending the day after your Championship Sunday with every fanbase complaining about the league being rigged..

 

Yet that's apparently what Goodell/The NFL want.   

 

Can't wait to see which Eagles defensive back gets a phantom game sealing penalty called on him against KC this time..  My money is on DeJean.

The league isn't even hiding it anymore.  After last week's outcry I figured the NFL would have the refs/skycam/review try to avoid controversial calls, esp them all favoring KC.

 

The three-peat is a better storyline, and the Swifties = ratings.  They know they're the NFL.  People will talk about boycotting, but precious few will follow through.  Remember when people were supposed to boycott when streaming services started getting games?  Especially playoff games?

 

First time I've heard it, but on that fateful 4th down, apparently KC was lined up in the Neutral Zone, and no call?

There is an overhead view that was shown once and then never again....because it shows HE CLEARLY GOT THE BALL TO THE FIRST DOWN.

NFL Account posting "what a moment"  with Kelce....who did nothing all game  and Swift 

State Farm and others force feeding Mahomes, Reid, Kelce.....the sponsors want BIG $$$$  they wanted KC in the SB

This league has reached an all time low.   This game was rigged as much as it could be for the Chiefs.

Ball spotted short for the Bills ALL GAME  EVERY PLAY near the sidelines they took a yard off whatever we gained.

They were lined up in the neutral zone on that play...with multiple players.  I believe they were also offside on the one 2 point try
