Allen scored 29. I don't care that he started out rusty. I don't care that he didn't get that 4th down calls. He scored 29 on a great D.

What other QB is on the verge of a SB with the bums he has to throw too?

I'm so disgusted with that coaching staff. I need time to cool down.

Outside of the first drive, Allen was great tonight.

That TD to Hollins. Incredible.

The numerous times he changed the play because he read the defense and gained positive yards - nice.

The TD on 4th down inbetween two defenders (in front). Beautiful.

Another great performance for naught.

At this point, just get me Bill Belichick. Let’s not overthink this. Keep Brady, let him run the offense, make him the highest paid OC and coach in waiting. I’m sure Bill will have no problems with his run heavy approach. Belichick and Brady has a nice ring to it for whatever reason…

Josh had a great game against the nastiest version of Chiefs defense.

Diggs is off the books. Were fairly young. The OL is top 3 in the league, young, and have their contracts locked up.

It's time for a huge Beane swing, we need a superstar to help put us over. Go get Myles Garrett.  Hammer the DL in the draft. Add to the WR room. We're not far away at all. Chiefs are going to absolutely push in the Eagles shizz. I liked our chances against that Eagles team too.

Mylea Garrett/max Crosby is where id start. We need a monster sized DT that can eat the run, and take on double teams. I kinda hate paying steady/solid guys, like top 12ish money. It's almost like a trap place to try and save cap money and sign too many mid level guys that kinda money.

Tl:dr  Fiji water is delicious, but a liter is $5.50 as opposed to $1.99. Usually smart to buy the cheaper one here. If we're talking a Corvette vs. a Lamborghini: this isn't the place you want to "budget shop"

Or go land that scumbag Tyreek from Mcdaniels. We're a great team with above average coaching. But we need to beef up the DL aggressively.

It’s silly to say we’d do better by firing McD.

he’s made playoffs 6 of 7 years, while prior 5 coaches were 0 for 19.

But he’s not a great gameday coach (although I think he’s improved there).

The score of the game would have been 31-31 if McD wasn’t outthinking himself.

You never, ever chase points in the first 3 Q.

He made perfect adjustments in the second half and got major stops. If you blame McD for this, you don’t know football. Period.

You do know that KC had their best offensive game of the season this game, right?

Seriously who cares? Two shaky throws on the first series?  BFD.  Allen was making lemonade out of lemons all night long.  After today's game Allen is 0 - 4 versus the Chiefs in the playoffs in spite of throwing 11 TD passes and only 1 INT.  Allen can not be expected to do more than he's doing in these games.

Horse****. A garbage throw for an INT to start the game is a problem. I know they didn’t get picked, but both should have been. I think that overall Allen was an huge asset to the team today and that he’s an incredible player, but you asserted that nothing more can be expected of him. That’s not true. He could’ve had his head together for those two plays. And he could’ve had it together on the last offensive play too. KC showed an all out blitz and the Bills weren’t in a position of pick it up. He needed to call a TO if he couldn’t get them into the correct protection. That’s the difference between making it to the Divisional round or AFCC and winning championships. Sorry, even a player as good as Allen has room to improve.

Brady and McD were responsible for the loss tonight.  Terrible adjustments on short yardage and then not utilizing Cook late in the game.  Add the terrible play calling on the final drive and a complete lack of killer instinct for the game.

He threw two bad passes to start the game and then was outstanding the rest of the way leading the Bills offense to 4 TD's and a FG.  And for the record Allen was NOT intercepted on either of those two throws.  DB's drop INT's in every game.  Why are you throwing out a crazy coulda/woulda/shoulda for those two passes?  It makes no sense to me.

Why you're focusing on this one series at the start of the game is beyond bizarre.  IMO it's a new low in Allen hate.  Allen was not the problem in this game not even close.  He and Cook were the strengths of the team tonight and were the two players most responsible for putting us in a position to win.  Without their great play KC would have won tonight's game by 3 scores.

And you would have a lot more credibility if you showed as much anger at a defense that allowed KC to go 90 yards in 9 plays on their opening TD drive then a couple of poor Allen passes to start the game off.

If this organization was serious about winning a championship they would have fired McDermott and gone after Belichick. It’s painfully obvious that McDermott doesn’t have what it takes to get us over the hump.

Practically every game...no killer instinct on offense. More interested in 1st downs, not a threat

I mean it was a hard play to change....it was going to stay as called on the field.  The ball hit the ground clearly but that does not make it incomplete.

The guy who was awarded possession had one hand on the top of the ball pushing it into the ground when the ball touched. If nobody had possession when it hit the ground (and he definitely did not) then it is incomplete.

McDermott is our head coach because???

- He's good at situational football?

- The Bills have a great defense?

- He doesn't choke in the playoffs?

He was a good coach to get us to the playoffs but you need a top coaching mind to win it all. Playing it safe and being predictable doesn't get it done. And we keep him because??

...because the bills have been bringing in major $$$ for the terry pegula.  Although it's mainly because of Allen.  But no way terry risks changing the current bills formula.

Buffalo will never win a championship until they have a defense that can make stops when it counts.  We have been unable to do that against KC for the last 4 playoff games.

Forced punts on KCs first two drives in the second half and held them to a FG at the end, giving our offense 3 minutes to go win the game....

I love fans who equate every loss to just being outcoached. Such a simplistic way to look at football, imo.

Just like those (probably a lot of the same people) who appear to think that every single win is Josh doing it all by himself...the coaches and other players have no part in the wins.

This ain’t every loss. This is the 4th playoff loss to Reid. They are adding up. He’s made his mistakes in every game. Why the ***** do team walk down the field and get an easy 7 every ***** week? What the ***** was with the continuation to try the QB sneak every ***** time when it wasn’t working? Either it’s Brady’s decision and McD never clued in that it wasn’t working or McD took control and kept calling the play himself. Pick your poison, both terrible decisions by the HC

The only time he really gets outcoached is by the best coaching duo in the world.

If Sean Payton was our coach in this game and put together the game plan all week

What do you think the results would be

A better question is what do these past 5 years look like with Sean Payton?

One really has to wonder

Bill wasn’t patient enough signed the North Carolina contract on Saturday.

Allen faces a terrible dilemma.  He is so good that he can lead the Bills to 15 wins, the Division title and reach the AFC championship game with average coaching and an average front office.  But will he ever get to a Super Bowl?  If the Bills didn't have Allen this would be an 8 game winning, non playoff making team that more closely resembled a team from the Bills lost years then a genuine Super Bowl team.

You can see that with just a little bit more the Bills are in the Super Bowl this year and probably 2 of the last 4 years.  There is no dominant player on defense and outside of Cook no above average skill player.

I hate admitting this but you're probably right.  It's a very middle class roster in talent and outside Allen there are zero blue chip players

Blame that loser Kincaid. McD can only do so much with the slop talent.

You know what's sad. We probably can't trade him now either for anything
